These definitely get the job done. Ever since I had to quit coffee nine years ago I have had to rely on these tabs as a substitute in the morning. I take one with my breakfast and another at lunch time. If I have to work past 5 PM I pop a half tab to get me to dinner time. Very evenly paced alertness throughout the day. No jitters, easy on the stomach and no crash at the end of the day. Very well priced for the number you get in the bottle.

I always thought No Doz would be the best caffeine supplement. After trying it I was incredibly disappointed, however this brand works well for me. No nausea or gitters and gives me energy to due my tasks throughout the afternoon. Plus, "no crash" side effects. The small size makes it easy to swallow.

When I need a caffeine kick but don’t have access to a cup of coffee this works great. I only wish it was a little stronger. One just isn’t enough but two would be to much caffeine.

Ok, yes, I know that caffeine is actually a toxin. I know my liver has to clear it out, and I get a mild “ crash “, BUT, when you need it, you need it. These are 200 mg but I cut them in half with a pill cutter ( or my teeth), if I just need a boost. No sugar, no extra calories, and extremely portable. They are a staple in my household.When I tried cutting caffeine, my coworkers were actually worried about me. I wasn’t “myself”.🤪

Don't get me wrong here,I love my caffeinated beverages like everyone else,but sometimes taking one of these is just easier for a nice boost of energy. The price is great and you get plenty of pills for your money. I have encountered zero stomach issues or cramps,which tells me this product is made with few,if any,fillers of crap you don't want.Each pill is 200 mg of caffeine and you won't get that jittery,too much coffee feeling,unless you decide to take more than one pill at a time. To assist in getting motivated for a pre-workout,I think you'd be safe taking either one pill or your normal starter,Taking both may be too much,but that's up to you. I will buy again for sure.
