I bought these being very skeptical. All I can say is these are the best pans I have ever purchased. I took the time to season them as soon as they came out of the box. I used bacon grease instead of vegetable oil idk if that makes a difference but I know from my cast irons to use that or avocado oil. I did the egg test and it slides around the pan like no other. Do be aware to cook on a much lower temp then you are use to cause these transfer heat much better then traditional pans. They look great and feel weighty but not heavy. The small curves edges pour from the pan with little to no dripping. I will be buying a set for my daughter when she finishes buying her home as a gift as well as buying a few more to fill out the set. Definitely would recommend.

I don’t write a lot of reviews for products I purchase, but I felt I just had to get on here to say how wonderful these pans are! They’re a fantastic price for a high quality product. The pans and lids have a heft to them and the non-stick hybrid surface is durable and washes up like a dream. In my opinion, people who complain that their food is sticking either aren’t seasoning the pans properly or using too high of heat. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and you can’t go wrong with this beautiful set of cookware.

I like the set. Very pretty and works well for the most part. Not as "non-stick" as other pans I have used, but this is the first "hybrid" non-stick set I have owned. If you think eggs are going to just slide right out you will be disappointed. Even with oil in the pan, eggs tend to stick. Otherwise, they put a good char on meat, are a good size, the handles are comfortable to hold, and they clean up fairly easily. For the price I can buy a "pure non-stick" pan to cook eggs and not have broken the bank.

Everything about these pans is great. The lids are substantial with a nice vent hole. And they fit perfectly. The heat transfer on the bottom is a wonderful change to the hit or miss of other cookware. Even heating throughout the pan. They wash up like easy. The handles are substantial and do not heat up. I do not put my cookware in the dishwasher, just never have. So having easy clean up is great. And they nest nicely in my cupboard. I recommend this Snoclad product. The combo in this set was a great fit to my needs.

Buena construction, pero no es un producto para principiantes. Es importante curar los sartenes y tratarlos más como sartenes de acero inoxidable que como sartenes antiadherentes comunes.

These pots and pans are reasonably priced and are a good heavy weight set. After the initial seasoning I’ve had good results cooking with them on my glass top range. They sit square on the burners and have no wobble. I’ve noticed these pans heat up quickly and cook better when a lower temperature is used compared to my old stainless steel pans. So far, so good using my first nonstick set.
