I am a 13 year Burning Man attendee and frequent camper in terrain local to the SF Bay Area. (To be clear, I am not recommending this tent for BM, just that I have vast experience with a wide variety of camp items) While I have tons of use with loads of the heavier duty sort of car camping gear, we flew to Joshua Tree and opted to invest in a light weight backpacking set up for the first time ever. This tent hits the mark on the a few factors I was specifically looking for - super light in weight, packs down crazy small, quick/ez to set up, well made/durable, and yes... has to protect us in style! It packs small AF, almost like a roll of paper towel, has a cute little carrying handle and a roll top to the outside case - assumably you could cross a river with this tent on the bottom and case would keep the entire thing dry. Appears very well made with quality zippers and materials, well sown seams. The fly is light in color - very very light gray - which we really like because when the light is on inside the tent at night, the entire thing can serve as a giant ambient lantern even with the fly on. The prior reviews mention a slight pattern on the fly, agreed that it is very pleasing and pretty, almost like small subtle stars or snowflakes. The zipper pulls and ropes for the exterior fly is a neon green/yellow, which is a nice loud contrast to the mild sky blue (or cerulean blue) and light gray. Ez to see. The tent is very small inside for two people and sleeping pads as expected for a backpacking tent, but we fit fine with room for our backpacks at the feet. The only small complaint is that it doesn't come with it's own footprint/tarp but at $56 (May 2018) it was no problem to get a $13 footprint separate and desertcart sells one that fits and matches PERFECT (REDCAMP Waterproof Camping Tent Tarp - you need the 55"x83" size). Honestly, I obsessed a bit, looked at every single light weight backpacking tent for under $100 on desertcart and studied reviews for 6 weeks before selecting this one. I took a gamble with so few reviews - but I couldn't be happier with my purchase!! If you are attracted to this tent but unsure, I encourage you to take the leap. This tent brings me SO much joy. Now that we have a light camp set up that fits in a single suitcase, we put clothes in another suitcase and are looking forward to affordable access to vacation spots like Hawaii, Maldives, Bora Bora, Fiji, etc. All the places where accommodations are prohibitively expensive! Review: Highly recommend - My old 2 person tent was torn in last camping trip and I bought this new camping tent. It arrived several days ago and I just returned from an overnight trip. The package I received including: 1 flysheet, 1 inner tent, 13 pegs( it is 12 in the picture), 4 guy lines, 2 poles and storage bag( manual is attached). Size & Space: The carry bag is 16.5' '* 6.3'' * 6.3'', weighs about 4 lb 9 oz and has a built in handle integrated into it. I can strap it on the bottom of my pack easily. After setting it up, this 2 โ 3 person camping tent fits 2 perfectly. I am 6.1 ft and there was a bit of room at the end by our feet( the length of tent is 6.9 ft), I can sit up easily and hang out in the tent. I would have plenty room inside for my pack and to spread some contents around inside as well. Setting up: The hooks on inner tent were described as the picture, the manual was attached by the storage bag and it took me about 1 min to set inner tent up without it. About 2/3 of inner tent is no-see-um mesh, you can forgo the flysheet at summer nights if privacy is not an issue for you. The mesh was soft and high-density when you touch it and the zippers all worked flawlessly. The door is wider than the old tent I had, it was easily for us to in and out. Waterproof: There are textile printings on the flysheet and it looked beautiful. It rained at midnight but we did not get wet. There was no any moisture inside the tent overnight. Others: I always have backpacking trips and this tent this 2 person backpacking tent has some unique designs. The two extra wide doors style is awesome, this is one of the reason we chose it, we can both get in and out from either side( ideal for at night especially). You can use trekking poles or branches to build a vestibule to create an extra space. We took trekking poles so we used them to support the vestibule. It is lightweight to carry and can almost meet your needs on your trips. Ideal for those who want to travel light, I highly recommend this tent.

Quality Backpacking Tent.
purchased this tent for backpacking and it is quick and easy to set up, without looking at the instructions it took me about 5 minutes. The inner tent itself is almost entirely mesh and the rain fly gives you privacy and protection from rain and sun. The mesh is fine enough to stop โno see umsโ and you can feel the breeze moving when you sit inside the tent. The doors are all double zippered on the sides and the zippers all work flawlessly. I love the color of rain fly, it is light grey and coated with beautiful textile printings, it is a very pleasant color. There is an integrated hook on the center of the ceiling to hang a camping lantern and there are 2 mesh pockets on both sides of tent. The quality of this tent exceeded my expectations as well as performance. It'll fit 2 people okay, Happy Trails.
