This laptop is better than my desktop pc. I got the Intel 9 Ultra 5080 2TB version. I play a lot of War Thunder, I cranked up the settings to test it with DLSS Native turned on and I got a whopping 440+ fps. No lag, no screen tearing, no jitter. And this was in performance mode mind you, not even turbo mode. Speaking of turbo mode, thanks to the rear facing exhaust ports, heat and noise are minimal. Even while in turbo mode. You can still hear the fans but it’s surprisingly muted despite it having 3 fans. You can also take the bottom plate off with no effort and no tools to clean the fans and install upgrades. The RGB and animated display on the back of the lid are genuinely unlike anything else I've seen in a laptop. The level in which you can customize the colors, patterns, brightness, and anything else you can imagine is astounding. You can make the animated lid say/do anything you can think of. Whether it’s a sentence or a gif you can put whatever you want. If you have the money, I’d recommend this laptop and would consider ROG again.

Great over-clocked laptop. It runs hot so get a cooler for underneath. Has lots of great gaming power and eye tracking. Had it about a month and happy so far with my purchase.

This laptop is a good laptop for someone that wants a gaming laptop but it has very limited life span: 1. Entire laptop is cheap metalloid like plastic 2. It heats so much during gaming that you can fry an egg omelette 3. While gaming, it sounds like you’re directly under an airplane about to take off 4. Screen is not stable and sturdy while laptop is open Visually it’s ugly: 1. You pop it open and there’s an end that sticks out 2. The lights behind screen are not symmetric—professors said the screen is distracting 3. Any part you touch will end up showing your fingerprints Screen resolution and fps was nice on bf6, fc26, etc but there no point to having a touch screen if you can’t use it as a 2-1 tablet My biggest hate, I spent tens of hours researching a laptop with capability to receive video input from my desktop—it could not although it has the hardware capability. As if software did not allow it, i tried 24 different combination of wires and adapters Last comment, just build your own pc

So far, so good after three weeks. A strong plus is that I can use this on my thighs and it not burn my thighs like the Alienware does. I also find that I like the 18 inch screen more than I thought I would. One small negative is that my power cord loosely pops out of the adapter. I requested a replacement and they are willing and eager to do that. It is heavy(er) but I expect that for everything it has in it. It would also be nice if they had a keyboard that did not have the number pad because that’s just taking up real estate. Doing that would make more space for having separate delete/insert keys instead of combining them as they do now.

Una buena laptop gamer y para el trabajo pesado la llevo usando un por de semanas y sin ningún problema es súper eficiente en cualquier tipo de tareas gracias a su rendimiento en su tarjeta gráfica, en comparación a mi antigua laptop Asus Tuf F17 gaming la diferencia es increíble. Hasta el momento no me ha dado cuellos de botella en ningún aspecto (ya sea gráfico, ventilación o almacenamiento), sin duda disfruto mucho más de los videojuegos y las películas con su gran pantalla y la frecuencia de actualización ultra con esos 240Hz. Sin duda recomendaría comprar está laptop para aquellos que necesitan de un buen equipo para trabajar o para el gaming si es que está dentro de tu presupuesto considero que vale la pena.

really nice laptop. runs everything max settings. the display is a little flimsy and bends easily. just been careful with that and youll be fine.

I’ve owned 4 or 5 gaming laptops and this is a complete disappointment. I have another Asus gaming laptop that is 8 years old and it can run circles around this one. Everything about this machine is terrible. The trackpad barely functions and is very finicky. It takes forever to boot up, and everything that I do takes a few seconds longer than it should. Just opening a browser window takes 3 to 5 seconds. When I connect it to power, the screen goes completely black for a couple of seconds. When disconnected from power, the same thing happens…it goes completely black for 2-3 seconds. It came with software called Armoury Crate. This program is extremely confusing and buggy. Some of the options for color schemes vanished within the first hour it was turned on, and have never been seen again. Working with Armoury Crate is frustrating at best. With a Intel Ultra 9 processor, and powerful Nvidia graphics, this laptop should be a beast, yet it’s difficult to play any kind of game die to it’s insane sluggishness. Something is very wrong with this machine and it is supremely irritating that a computer with this price tag could be so awful.

Awesome laptop, will handle anything I throw at it on maxed out settings. Thermals are excellent. The screen is super bright amd no risk of burn in. Overall this laptop is a beast.
