Overall good but not the version I ordered.
Everything is mostly identical except the elevating leg rests did not have the push in snap pin system for extending the leg length as shown in the ad image. The version we got was a black pipe (not silver) fitted inside the blue one and you have to loosen a bolt and pull the footrest part out then re-tighten the bolt back in place. It makes the version we got harder to adjust and the black pipe could stand to be a bit longer for longer legged people who need to elevate their legs. The box was beat up to all hell, but the chair was otherwise in new condition minus a few loose bolts that had to be tightened. The "drive" stickers that were placed on the outer sides of the thin plastic armrest panels were peeling off (curling away from the plastic) which was fine I just took them off and tossed them. One of the elevating leg rests didn't want to go back down because the bolt was somewhat loose, which caused the bar to stay extended and the lever couldn't be pushed to get the mechanism to release. Thankfully loosening the bolt more made it so we could get the mechanism to unlock, push the leg back down in place and tighten the end bolt back in place. Otherwise it is exactly as ordered, funnily enough the item was ordered from home depot, as there was an invoice slip on the box. Had I known that home depot had these I would have ordered directly from them. Initially I placed an order from amazon and it was to be shipped from amazon directly and was cheaper but there was no shipping date. I called after 2 days of not having a shipping date to ask about the shipping as we needed the chair quickly. after speaking with a csr i was told I would hear something about the shipping in 48 hours. The next day I went to check on it and found the order had been canceled with no notice no reason nothing. This was the 20 inch one we ordered and there were no other quick options so after getting frustrated after talking with another csr who was not able to help me get it reordered from amazon and give me a date for arrival, I reordered on my own and chose the other shipper and paid 40 bucks more plus paid for shipping etc. it was a nightmare process and took over a week to get in addition to the 3 days of dealing with amazon. I am only adding the shipping info for others in case another family / person needs a chair in a hurry so you'll be aware of what we went through. It seems like a very sturdy chair and everything else was perfect, we only just got it so I'll give it a while and add to my review once we see how well it does for us. Overall I have faith in the drive brand, a bit frustrated by the difference in the elevating leg rests and the not quite long enough bar for the footrests when the legs are fully raised, but we can work around that. Otherwise I think it'll do us fine. Its a bit clunky and heavy for me I'm 4'10 so when I have to lift it into my truck for use in getting my Dad to his doctors it will be a momentary issue but I think considering what it does, how it is made, the ease of moving the parts, it'll likely do us fine. One thing to mention is that the armrest release is just a piece of plastic. I can see how long term that might prove to be annoying if someone moves those armrests a lot that thin piece of plastic won't likely last a long time or will wear down over time. ** Update Aug 2023 The chair was working well for us, Dad doesn't use it often due to his doing better, but it is very helpful for when he has to go long distances, or needs to have a seat anywhere we go if he gets tired. However, somehow on one use, a super tiny clip that held one of the leg rests together disappeared. I suspect from moving the chair and rests to and from the truck. I called Drive directly, and they sent us 2 brand new leg rests free of charge. I was grateful because that tiny little thin metal clip held the whole dang thing together and I was using electrical tape to hold it together but that made it's use much more difficult. I am SO totally impressed with Drive Medical for sending the free pair of leg replacements, they were caring, wanted to know what model it was for future chair updates and got me a new set of leg rests within 3 days. I'm updating my review from 4 stars to 5, their customer service was amazing and the new set of leg rests were also the type I had originally ordered with the push button adjustments, so that makes me very happy. I can't say enough good things about Drive after this experience, the man I spoke with was just amazing.

Good deal, would buy again.
What a great deal. On sale for $103 this has been a huge value. My wife had some emergency operations and we needed a wheel chair fast. They are hard to find used and rentals are around $150 a month in my area. This one is a budget build, but a quality budget build. Easy to fold, fits in the back of my Honda CRV 08. The footrests are slightly uneven which messes with her OCD but they're easy to adjust and keep her feet up. We swapped the front wheels for some thicker rubber ones so we could wheel on gravel and dirt since we live rural. The forks on it will accommodate a 2 inch wide replacement wheel, so no need to buy replacement front forks. Some folks might think it's heavy, but it's mostly metal and polymer so I don't feel it's super heavy in weight. I have no problem taking off the foot rest and loading it or lifting it, but if you aren't used to lifting awkward items it could be challenging. It was super easy to use out of the box so it gets 5 stars. At a time when I couldn't leave my wife alone and needed a wheelchair, $103 for new and delivered to my door was impossible to beat.

a good chair and money well spent
This was the best money possibly spent after looking at many wheelchairs. It's lightweight somewhat and sturdy. The legrests work but could be made better. They could sell the chair without leg rests to reduce cost. Invacare T93HCP leg rests purchased for another chair also fit this chair and are much easier to use. I removed the prominent Drive logo from the back and each side since advertising the chair in this manner is an insult. Reviews say the seat wears out. I'm sure another seat can be purchased or the whole chair simply replaced since it's so inexpensive, but the seat appears durable. After looking at so many chairs having decision stress whether to spend more money, it's satisfying to buy this one and have it work right. It is very similar to the Tracer EX2 which we have and which local medical centers have hundreds. Though the seat width is identical to the Tracer EX2, the outside width is less. With the wheels not mounted at an angle it is narrower and better.

Awesome little chair!
After a tragic injury, I was wheelchair bound for at least 4 months (still going through it). I needed to get around the house and through doorways; this small 16” chair works great. I am 5’7”, 155 lbs-it is not too small. I loved it so much, I actually bought another one to keep in my car so we didn’t have to take this one up and down the stairs.

Heavy but worth the price
Price is amazing for a full sized wheelchair! It’s definitely not lightweight by any means. It’s HEAVY! My 100lbs Gram fits in it with plenty of space for a bathrobe, pillow, maybe even a blanket. I do recommend using a pool noodle to cover any parts that they could bump against and possibly hurt themselves but other than that it is great for taking her for walks around the neighborhood and I’m sure if we needed to take it anywhere else. Because it’s so heavy I’d rather not have to transport it anywhere. If it’s meant to stay in one place then it’s a steal! Maybe something a bit lighter if it’s being used and transported more often.

Decent for the cost
My wife had foot surgery so is temporary unable to walk. The chair has been a life saver. Rolls smooth, lightweight and easy to fold. She finds it pretty comfortable except for a few flaws. The first it the leg pads. They do not sit flat once the weight of your leg is on them so your leg tends to want to roll off. There is no way to adjust this. The second is person dependent. She has long legs and found the length adjustment to be too short even when 100% extended. I do realize this limit exists so they don't hit the ground. Overall its a good product especially at this price point. I think the leg pad issue could be addressed with stronger material or ability to adjust.

Great wheelchair and affordable!
My mom is 82 and has really serious arthritis but one of her joys is being able to get out of the house, especially when the weather is nice. So we got this wheelchair and it's really convenient and portable. The footrests detach so the wheelchair fits in the trunk of our Toyota Camry with plenty of room to spare. We bought an additional cushion just to add a bit more comfort for our mom but it's not a fault of the wheelchair. Great value for what we paid for it.

Very well built
Excellent wheelchair. My only gripe is the leg rests can't go all the way down. This makes navigating difficult in certain situations.

Great Value transport wheelchair
Chair arrived earlier than expected. Most of it was assembled so easy to unfold. The legs were the only thing that needed to be attached. A little bit complicated but once we got the measurements right based on my mother sitting in the chair, it worked out fine. The legs are a little bit wobbly and the foot rests made of plastic so hopefully will be durable enough. In order to fit into a regular SUV, you will have to remove the legs. It’s a smaller size chair, width wise, so if you are over 150 pounds… I would not recommend it. It’s narrow in the seat and just fits my mom who is rather petite at 5‘3“. Will be fine wheelchair for what we need it for. Small walks and mobility and definitely during the summer months only.

Great chair, got some mobility again
This wheelchair has been nothing but awesome. I was in an accident which caused me to not be able to put any weight on my legs for an extensive time. Being stuck in one spot wasn't an option for me. I bought this chair without hesitation and highly recommend it. I'm sure any wheelchair would have been a game changer but I have no complaints about this one.
