Definitely helps. No side effects. Not sure it reduces appetite but my digestion overall feels so much “quicker” and I can tell it if I forget to take them! Bloating less due to speedier digestion. Had read that taking this supplement would be as good as weight loss injections. Have only taken them for a month and have lost a small amount of weight, so am quite impressed and will continue to take them as not keen on using the injections as concerned about side effects

4th day in on taking these supplements and I have to say I’m quite pleased. They do suppress appetite I’m not nibbling anymore when I go to the fridge for the milk to make a cuppa so that’s a bonus. If you take them on an empty stomach you may experience tummy pain so make sure you have them at breakfast or lunch , just be sure to eat before you take the capsule. For me it’s a win so I will buy again.
