I bought the Casio AE-1600H specifically for working on cars, doing yard work, and other jobs where I don't want to worry about banging up one of my nicer watches. It's been perfect for that role. The display is large, clear, and extremely easy to read at a glance, which is exactly what I want when I'm actually working on something rather than admiring the watch on my wrist. It's comfortable, practical, inexpensive, and with a 10-year battery, there's very little to think about. Put it on, beat it up, and get to work. This is exactly the kind of watch Casio does exceptionally well. If you want a durable everyday work watch that's easy to read and you don't have to baby, the AE-1600H is an easy five stars.

I just got this watch today. Excellent watch for me. Great value price. Im legally blind and low vision and it's very easy to read and I set it without the instruction booklet because I have other Casio watches. Being retired it should hold up very well. No rotating bezel to loosen up. I recommend this watch for anyone who watch that's simple and easy to use and set. The backlight is dim but it's fine for me.

A great watch for the money. One of Casio’s most legible offerings and one of the few watches I can use without my readers. This watch is very lightweight despite its size, and features those functions you’re most likely to use on the daily, such as stopwatch, timer, dual time and multiple alarm options. Plus, the battery last for TEN YEARS, so it’s practically maintenance free.

Watch is great it was what I expected. Comfortable, looks great, price was right, I can see the numbers clearly. Ony reason I gave it 4 stars was because shipping took awhile not sure why it took a week delayed in transit etc.

outstanding work watch i love it and wear if often. It’s big it’s bold and it’s a tough as nails! Easy setup no issues at all the band is tough and easy to wear despite its size. I really have enjoyed it a large glass easy display i love it !

Excellent watch for people that love big digits. This watch is easier to read than some of my gshocks, it has huge digits on the face that are easily readable at any angle. The dual orange LED backlight makes it easy to see the time in the dark especially with the center button. Would recommend this watch

Great simple watch for telling time without having to pull out a phone. I actually prefer this classic cheap *appearance* because it's less likely anyone would want to steal it from you (looks like a $6 Walmart generic watch I bought years ago lol, which for anti-theft purposes is a good thing). Functionality is fine, numbers are big enough to read even for old eyes, backlight is a bit dim but adequate.

Super light weight and like the color

I used Casio Mudmaster for my work which is little big ,so I was looking for light well designed and I got eye on AE-1600H perfect budget price for 10years battery with varieties of colours.I am using watch sun protection film so digits are little blur you may use 9H film for clear display.
