It really helps!
I've been hearing good things about Vitamin K2 (MK7) and decided to try it. I've noticed I feel better and the benefits are real. The fact that it includes Vitamin D makes it even better. Great seller. I will continue to use.

Perfect Dosage
You should always take k2 when taking d3 to avoid arterial calcium buildup, this low dose works great for me, higher doses of k2 were causing me to have PAC’s, this dosage does not.

Worth it!
I have felt a huge difference since taking these. More energy, better mood, and overall just feel good. Apparently I have been deficient in these vitamins for a while, and the grocery store brought brands I was taking before were not being absorbed. So thank you for such a great product!
