I had product residue in my hair that made my hair sticky and clumpy, I'd tried other things but they didnt work. So I bought this shampoo, even though it was a little bit more expensive than I was comfortable with, because it was cheaper than booking a hairdressers appointment. After using it, with a good conditioner, my hair has gone back to feeling silky soft, clean and the shine has returned. There was a faint smell of apple cider vinegar as I was blowdrying, but it was gone by the time my hair was dry and I've not smelt it since. For removal of product residue, I highly recommend!

Love this shampOo, get that squeaky clean feeling which some people hate but it isn’t drying at all. Especially paired with a good conditioner my hair feels amazing. I have type 4a/4b hair but I always blowout and straighten my hair. I find if i use this shampoo my hair comes out amazing and super sleek it’s really effective at getting product buildup out. It also smells really good . A little goes a long way, I usually do 2-3 shampoos. The first one to get impurities and the second gets an amazing lather, it seems small but lasts a long time great value.

This shampoo smells incredible.. so fresh and yummy. It makes my scalp feel clean. I wouldn’t say it’s noticeably different to other shampoos because I always double shampoo anyway, but it is definitely cleaning my scalp and when my hair is dry it looks shiny and soft. I would say it’s a nice product to treat yourself to.

Good detoxing shampoo and good quality. Has a good smell and does leave your hair soft. Rinses well and there is no dryness to the shampoo itself although not sure I will be buying again.

This detox shampoo is sooooooooo good, yes its a bit expensive but one bottle has lasted 5 months useing once a week, I was loseing hope , used to use tressem cleansing for styling build up , but was still left with build up on hair as I use styling sprays...I am so impressed with this shampoo and will be ordering more soon..its amazing my hair is free of styling build up and can use a lovely shampoo and conditioner after that actually makes my hair look good ..ow i have coloured hair too and works a dream..I highly recommend..thank you so much for a beautiful brand of shampoo..😘🌹

I have had a problem with build up in my hair for a while now. Sometimes I can get it out with head and shoulders, I've even tried mixing apple cider with water and leaving it in my hair for 10 minutes and washing it out. But alot of the time I'm always double washing my long hair and it's tiresome. After reading the reviews on here I purchased the smaller bottle to try first. Well, it works! This shampoo, has stripped my hair from all product build up and left it bare. I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers with build up on a regular. I do have to say it does make your hair a little dry, so serums or oil treatments to nourish your hair after stripping it might be a good idea. But this is an excellent product and I'm so happy with the results!

Why did you choose this product over others?: i didn't really find that this product makes much of a difference for me. I tend to just use it when I've had a few days' worth of dry shampoo or after hair oiling. Doesn't really have a smell to it either which I'd rather it did!

I don't often write reviews however this product may be the holy grail of clean hair. I have long hair, nearing the small of my back, which is damaged from heat and occasional bleach. Is it dry, a number of split ends, i use both oil and heat protectant on my hair and i wash it approx once a week. I had never used a clarifying shampoo prior to this treatment but often found that my scalp still felt "claggy" - for like of a better word - following my haircare routine. Following just one wash with Ouai Detox my hair and scalp felt transformed - my hair feels healthier, and lighter whilst maintaing good body and thickness. It feels like i can feel fresh air on my scalp - its truly the only way i know how to describe it. Is Ouai expensive? Yes - maybe obscenly so for a shampoo, however - It is effective and i would buy it again and again. You don't have to use it every use, it smells lovely and fresh, and positively impacted the overall appearance of my hair. Could not recommed more highly.

Leider Geld Verschwendung.. hab es gekauft wegen alles gute Rezensionen und muss leider entsorgen. Hab Schuppen bekommen und man hat ständig das Gefühl Kopfhaut ist nie richtig sauber.. außerdem trocknet es extrem das Haar.

Love this shampoo, other shampoos give me dandruff and this doesn’t do that. Not only does it smell good, my hair feels so clean after using it.

Dopo mesi di utilizzo devo dire che questo prodotto è ottimo! C'è stato un periodo che, nonostante mi lavassi i capelli e fossi certa di averli sciacquati alla perfezione, la cute restava unta e oleosa. Anche a detta della mia parrucchiera che non si spiegava come mai. Ho cambiato mille prodotti (più e meno costosi), ho tenuto solo lo shampoo perché pensavo fosse un problema di sovraccarico (balsamo, maschera, olio districante, spazzola) ma nulla cambiava la situazione dei miei capelli che continuavano a sembrare sporchi e unti appena lavati. Questo mi portava a lavarli più spesso per cercare di cancellare il problema che in realtà peggiorava. In un forum una ragazza ha parlato di questo prodotto, di come anche i suoi capelli inspiegabilmente avevano la stessa problematica dei miei. L'ho acquistato con molto scetticismo (non credo nei miracoli)... et voilà! Problema risolto al primo lavaggio. Capelli di nuovo normali, puliti, leggeri e luminosi. Mi è bastato lavarli una volta per vedere un cambiamento istantaneo. Adesso questo shampoo lo uso 1 volta al mese e ne uso davvero poco. Ha un ottimo profumo e mi ha salvato i capelli.

Ich liebe dieses Shampoo! 🩷 Ich benutze es einmal in der Woche und wenn ich das Gefühl habe, dass sich in meinen Haaren zu viele Pflegeprodukte angesammelt haben. Danach fühlen sich meine Kopfhaut und die Haare einfach richtig sauber an. Besonders mag ich, dass meine Haare nach dem Waschen zwar dieses typische “quietschsaubere” Gefühl haben, aber trotzdem super weich sind und überhaupt nicht strohig. Für mich ist das Shampoo inzwischen ein fester Bestandteil meiner Haarpflege und ich werde es definitiv immer wieder kaufen. 🌸
