Won’t idle up

Lawn mower is great. Got over to a different property and it would not idle up. Throttle cable clamp was loose. Would not idle up all the way. Star wrench and tighten and everything has been great.

After 6 hrs was hard to start...Waranty work on 24 Briggs and Stratton.....Low compression along w/ other problems,,,,$967 repair cost but Husky should have replaced tge mower......will never buy Husky or B& S motor...Worst companies regarding backing up their product
