Constantly exceeding my expectations. I own a lot of Yolink hardware and am deep into Home Automation with Home Assistant. All work seamlessly. After using a lot of the devices for a long time, I had one failure. The App on my phone let me know there was an issue. Therefore, the system (includes all of the components) are monitored for health. A rare and complete level of Systems Engineering. On the one failure, I emailed Yolink with the results of the very simple and straight forward troubleshooting. Boom. They were sending me a replacement in minutes. Absolutely outstanding. I have not seen a company at this level in a while. It brings tears of joy to my eyes to find a company like this one. I can only hope that other companies take notes and follow this outstanding example.

In the past couple months, I've been trying some YoLink devices because of their range and because some have the ability to do things when there is no power. I put this particular plug on my refrigerator so I could monitor the energy usage. I discovered to my surprise that it has the ability to return to a pre-determined state in the event of a power outage or a "blip" in the power. I don't want my refrigerator staying off on a power interruption as some others do but return to the "on" state. I tried it and it works. I found the setup quite easy, too. BTW, I have absolutely zero connection to the company or Amazon but am just a happy customer.

Its very easy to use this product right out the box. Once you scan its qr code to add it to your yo link network, you're off to the races. Were it realy shines though, is the extensive automation available for you to use with especially with other yo link sensors in your network. I use mine to allow me to manually switch my refrigerator power source from solar offgrid power to normal grid power(along with the use of a ATS). However if I am on grid power and the grid fails I want to automatically switch back to the off grid power source. This allows me to to do that, along with a lowcost ATS. Note the ATS alone would handle the automatic switching to keep my fridge running, but in conditions of low sunlight, I can manually just switch to fridge to grid power, to reserve the batteries for a real power down event.
