Tastes good
I mix with filtered water, 4oz .. use a cheap immersion blender/whip to mix well. Tastes good .. not sure how my body is reacting to it, time will tell. I am drinking this 3/day .. the ingredients are great, so it has to be doing something.

Tasted terrible. Unable to give a fair review since I only had 2 sips before gagging and spitting it out. I wanted to love it because I think Dr. Anna is great, but that was not my experience with this product.
