My grandson loves sour suckers, and these are perfect, not overwhelming, but yes, they have to be sour, and they are now my daughter is hooked on them, the other grandchildren

I’m not into eating a lot of sugary candy but the first time I tried the Chupa Chups lollipops was during my trip to South Korea over a year ago. I like them because they are small and only 45 calories with 9 grams of sugar per lollipops. They come in assorted flavors but my favorites are Apple, Strawberry and Lemon.

There’s a learning curve to opening these things. You have to twist a lot, then grab the part of the wrapper that’s attached to the stick. If you look closely there’s a little black strip on it and you need to wiggle a bit to loosen it, then you pull up toward the candy. That should help separate the part with the strip into two pieces, then you pull them apart from each other and that SHOULD do the trick. Lol, yes you need a degree in unwrapping candy to get to the lollipop. But they’re yummy. I’m addicted. I’ve ordered them twice in the past month and I’m sure my dentist won’t be happy with me. They were a good value at about $3.50 per bag but now the price has doubled. They’re still a pretty good value but, ya know, I just can’t bring myself to buy them at twice the price. So I’ve got a price alert set. We’ll see if they go back down. Meantime, my teeth can recuperate. I know some people said they weren’t sour enough but I think they’re plenty sour. I can’t have one right after another or the inside of my mouth will get irritated.

They’re not very sour at all but they are great for a quick sugar fix if you’re like me and trying to cut back on the calories. You get a lot for the price too.
