Better then not eating spaghetti because of the carbs.
If you can’t have carbs on your diet, these are a great pasta substitute!!

dieting couldn't be easier!
thank g-d for konjac. equivalent amount of pasta would be 6 x's calories. konjac noodles are close to flavorless but carries sauces well.

Low carb & low calorie
Love these with meat sauce. Best if rinsed well, chop in small pieces, saute in olive oil, then put lots of sauce & cheese on them.
