Helps with stress
I’ve been taking this for a week now and honestly this has helped me sooo much with my stress. Usually I will stress about problems that aren’t even real or I overthink too much and stress myself out for nothing. The overthinking has stopped and I haven’t been stressing really at all in the past week. This has actually helped me be more calm and I actually feel myself laughing more and feeling happier. I don’t feel as mentally drained after a long day anymore. As far as sleep, I have a habit of sleeping late so I haven’t seen much improvement in sleep quality. I don’t have trouble sleeping, but it definitely helps me feel calm. I also got the Piña Colada flavor and it tastes amazing!

Better in this flavor if you don’t like raspberry.
Great taste! I do not like raspberry but like lemonade but this flavor isn’t over powering. With the raspberry lemonade I had to hide the taste. This drink really helps with my cortisol level. I am calmer through out my day.

Helps with Anxiety & Sleep
Super calm has helped me sleep and reduce my anxiety. Very easy to mix in a bottle of water, easily dissolves. Definitely worth the price.

Works but horrible stevia aftertaste
**Gave this product a second chance in a different flavor. Still terrible. The Stevia has such a strong chemical after taste that it ruins the whole drink for me. I want to love this product so much but I can’t get past the horrible after taste. Definitely felt the calming effect and didn’t leave me groggy or loopy. Just calmed my nerves and muscles without making me drowsy. I just cannot stand STEVIA. I try to like it but the after taste is horrible. I need this made with monk fruit or allulose, coconut sugar or pure cane sugar and I would give it 5 stars. Taste needs improvement.
