Great taste. Just like a blueberry muffin except much better macros. No clumping or digestion issues. Goes well with milk or water. Enjoy the blueberry pieces. Priced reasonably. 10/10

I used Ryse Blueberry Muffin protein powder to make protein balls with dried blueberries, and they turned out absolutely amazing! I honestly thought, based on the smell, that I was going to regret buying it—but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The flavor is incredible, and it tastes just like a fresh blueberry muffin. Definitely one I’ll be making again! It was smooth No clumping. It’s easy on your stomach.

Geat flavor, great macros. When mixed with a shaker, it gets thick and creamy like it was mixed with milk. Tastes almost like a Reeses Milkshake.

Blends nicely, tastes exactly like blueberry muffin batter lol. I can usually just put it in a Stanley, cover the straw spout opening and shake the whole cup and it blends with little to no clumps. Can't comment on the energy cause I'm always tired no matter what, but I do feel like it's decent as a meal replacement, but that could be because I am also mixing one scoop with like 20oz of oatmilk lol. I've bought two other flavors (mint chocolate ice cream and peppermint marshmallow), all 3 are good. I'd try even more flavors once I run out of these. I also like that it is vegetarian friendly, I guess they also have a line that is vegan friendly but I haven't tried that one.

Only issue is the freze dried blueberries get annoying after the first 2 or 3 shakes

This stuff tastes absolutely tremendous, it’s one of my go to’s to mix in some yogurt or make pancakes with. Definitely really sweet if you just drink it, but still tolerable.
