They easily connect 2 CPAP hoses together.

what is the inner dimension?

The inner dimension on the 2 adapters I recieved in the package is 15mm and the outer dimension is 22mm and they easily connect 2 CPAP hoses together.

Is it 22mm inner or outer dimension?

For the unit I received Feb 8 2022, it's 22mm INNER dimension. I had hoped that I could use it to connect to a 22mm hose, but this adapter it was much too large to fit inside the hose end.
