Excellent, I am using for medicinal purposes to sooththroat with hot water few drops lemon with teaspoon of this honey.

It is the first time that i am buying Manuka Honey , after doing a lots of researches I have chosen to buy the one from New Zealand Honey Co , it is expensive , but a very good quality and a very good tase too.I wanted to buy the more expensive one , but I decided to go and try that one first . Good for your health and with all the virus around , I wanted to try something natural and good for me .

The taste is a bit strong and medicine like so you can nit eat it like a normal honey with bread and butter , you should have it with hot water or alone. The impact on my stomach is amazing . I bought one umf 20 as well but they both have same impact on mg digestion. Highly recommend this honey.
