Pan Organizer is cracked in half.
The pan organizer is cracked in half. Requested a replacement of pan organizer only without returning the whole purchase. This is not an option.

BEWARE !
I have bought 2 Caraway 16 piece sets directly from Caraway for gifts. They are excellent ceramic cookware that are toxic free. The metal magnetic racks are so nice to have to store the pans, as well as the canvas lid holder. Then a several weeks ago I ordered another 16 piece set for a gift from Amazon. I had to make a return bc I ordered the wrong color. Amazon sent the order in 2 boxes. When I started the return they sent only ONE label, so UPS couldn't ship the 2 boxes. I contacted Amazon & they informed me they would have Caraway send me a labels. AGAIN, I only received one label. I've exhausted ways to contact Caraway & Amazon about this and had no results. I had to pay $90 to pack the 2 boxes in one box and $100 shipping. Very dissatisfied with Amazon most of all!

Color looks nice, but Paint isn’t even on every pan. Have not used yet.

Best pans I’ve ever owned
These pans do exactly as advertised. They are wonderful. I love them so glad I bought them. Be sure to read the little booklet that comes with this set. I’m sure the people who have left bad reviews about the coding wearing off is because they did not treat the pans properly. I feel like if you do exactly what the brochure says you will be very happy for years. I will definitely buy these pants again. JB
