This seems to be effective but I will confess I was at first like a chimp with a cell phone when figuring out how to draw the serum to the little roller ball. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I returned this Product bc it was irritating my skin, with slight stinging & the Caffeine in it gave me a Headache! I was unable to use the roller on my undereyes bc I had to press it hard into the palm of my hand to coat the ball in order to use it! If I tried that on my undereyes I would have damaged my skin & probably leave a Bruise! So back it went!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:i wanted to try this but I’m disappointed. I don’t like how much product comes out even if you barely press on the applicator. Way too much. And it basically does nothing. Switching back to my Pixie roller!

Cap broken off right away

I wanted to love this eye serum, especially with the 360° roller applicator and promises to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Unfortunately, I had a severe allergic reaction after using it — my under-eye area became extremely swollen, red, and intensely itchy for nearly 48 hours.Even after the swelling went down, my skin remained sensitive to other products I normally tolerate. I do have somewhat sensitive skin, so this might not happen to everyone, but it’s worth being cautious if you’re prone to reactions.Always patch test first — I wish I had.

The cool of the roller felt nice on my eyes, but I didn't see any difference after I starting using this.

Have not identified any change in my eye area with this product
