Teens love this for a quick breakfast
I keep these on hand for my teenage twins who are ALWAYS hungry. I try to get as much protein in them as possible so these are a great alternative when in a pinch. Very easy to make and taste great.

I’m addicted to these. They are so good. It’s the perfect sweet treat fix at the end of the night but with some protein!

Great flavor and easy to make
These are delicious. We cooked them slightly under one minute. Add a few dark chocolate chips or a little dab of peanut butter in the center before cooking. Great for ice cream high protein treat for kids and adults . Great with vanilla ice cream and sliced bananas

Great brownie cups, just too expensive
I really like these protein brownie cups. I tried it with water but, they taste so much better with almond milk. You could use any milk but I wouldn't use water. I would have given 5 stars but, with every purchase Amazon raises the price. The last time was over $26 for 12 cups. I didn't buy them, I went to my sister's, used her Wi-Fi and the price was lower. Today I'm home, it's prime day and the price is once again higher. Even at $23.88, it was hard to justify anything above $24 and I skip it. They are really good, just too expensive.
