Huge win for the price! Highly recommend!
The sauna is absolutely amazing! It was easy to assemble, heats up fast and hot! The speakers have great sound and clarity. You can also alternate the interior lighting which is fun. Note: sauna was shipped in two boxes and the front panel with the door was delivered with a 6 inch crack on the wood. I reached out to the customer service team regarding the crack and have not hear back from them yet. Overall I would absolutely purchase this again and we love it! I highly recommend!

Nice
Came in two flat packs, one weighing 130 pounds. Well packed, nothing broken. Possible for one person to assemble, but clumsy. Two people would do better. A few supposedly pre-drilled screw holes were missing or invisible, and the top dust cover had no opening to feed the power cord. You need the dust cover; it wonโt reach full temperature without it. Heats from 76ยฐF to 125ยฐF indicated in 10 minutes, tops out at 149ยฐF in just under 20 minutes. I canโt confirm the temperature; different parts read differently with an IR thermometer. But it will get hotter than I can stand, so itโs good enough. Nice quality. Well made, well finished, comfortable. Iโm happy. ADDED: Experimented with a bunch of thermometers and thermocouples. It looks like free air temperature is about 8ยฐF lower than the thermostat reading.

Not easy to put together !!
I was so excited to finally buy a IR sauna , I normally don't complain but I must leave this review. My husband finally got it all put together but with some issues !! He had to reroute the electrical cord at the bottom of the sauna which means he had to put a hole in the bottom so that the plug could plug into the outlet under the seat. While putting it together there were two spots that were damaged, it looked used even though I paid the price for a new sauna. I truly feel that the sauna wasn't used I feel that whom ever got this sauna couldn't put it together and damaged it while trying to put it together . Thankfully my husband is a carpenter and knew what had to be done to get the sauna up and running.i almost returned it but my husband said it would be a lot of work to put it all back in the box and return. I used it last night and it was so nice . Buyer beware if you don't know a carpenter. The sauna is nice and all the electronics worked , better instructions would've been nice.

Great mod capability to reach proper Finnish sauna temps
This little unit is well constructed and can't be beat for bang for your buck! I modified it by insulating the roof with rock wool after removing all of the penetrations except the main light and taping those old air seals, and then moving the main power unit above the rock wool insulation. Now it can probably get to 185ยฐF. Actual finish on the temperatures: you can't get anywhere close to that for triple the price. It took about four hours of work and less than $100 in tape and rock wool. Now it's in great shape. Would recommend. Note this probably voids the warranty, and I don't know if the manufacturer wants to hear this, but if you're someone that wants dry sauna health benefits, this unit will absolutely get you there if you spend a little bit of time.

Great Value - Highly Recommend!
RATING: My OVERALL rating is 4.5 stars. The sauna arrived quickly and was well-packaged. I purchased this for my husband who is undergoing cancer treatment and is cold all the time. ASSEMBLY (4 STARS): Assembly instructions were a bit sketch, but we figured it out. The "slide and lock" connection system was difficult to implement and frustrating - imagine the dad with the furnace on "A Christmas Story" - there was much mumbled swearing. The front section with the door had the hardware on upside down, so it had to be removed and reattached. This sauna was assembled by 2 women about 5 ft in height in a couple of hours because of missteps and hardware issues. We were sweating when finished - no sauna needed! LOL SAUNA (5 STARS): The sauna itself is a solid 5 stars. It feels well-made. It worked beautifully and looks fabulous in our bedroom. The temp was perfect and it heated very quickly. my husband is 6'2" and it was like getting into a car for him, but after being seated, it was perfect for him, too. I'm very happy with this purchase overall. FEATURES: The instructions for attaching the accessories were poor or completely lacking. We took liberties here. There were NO instructions for what we thought was a backrest, so it's sitting under the seat for possible future installation. Improvement needed here. FINNISH PEEPS: My daughter helped with assembly and this was where all the colorful language came from. LOL As a Finnish girl who has taken many saunas in her life, she gives it a thumbs up, but commented that a "real" sauna should get much higher in temp. My opinion is that if it makes you sweat (it did), then it's hot enough. OVERALL: Highly recommend . Very good value (price to quality rating). Buy it!

Good Value and Effective
My only experiences with saunas are ones in gyms, more or less. I preferred the dry heat saunas, don't like the steam saunas because I never know if I'm really sweating or just damp from the steam. At this stage of my life, I don't really want to spend 5k plus on a traditional sauna, so I looked at this option with the infrared because it's so reasonably priced and there is no hassle with having to hire an electrician. If I'm honest, it does weigh on my mind that I'm being heated up through irradiation, if that's the right word. I did a little research - not even close to due diligence, really. I didn't see anything that definitively said infrared was bad for a person. Assembly wasn't too fun. How it goes together is pretty basic, but the instructions were ish. I ended up discarding them and working it out myself. I put the right side down on the floor, then put the front and back on (my daughter had to held hold things), then put the left side on. I parallel clamped the sides before tilting it up and sort of working it onto the bottom. Then I put the top on. That's not the way the instructions say to do it, but, again, I was having a lot of trouble making it work any other way. I blame myself more than I blame anybody else. I've had it a week, more or less. I'm well pleased with it. I always turn it to the highest heat when I turn it on (which is 149 degrees). Works best when I turn it on and come back in 20 minutes. By then it'll usually be about 130ish. From that point, I'm sweating pretty good in 20 minutes and I'm not an easy sweater. Takes me probably 10-15 minutes in any sauna before I really break any kind of sweat. I would buy this again. I feel it's a good value for the price and gets me what I was looking for. I do kind of wish I had one I could stand up in or lay down in. Kind of gets old sitting in the same place. But that's not a complaint about this one. I understood it was a more compact size when I bought it and I was ok with that. I'd probably overuse it if I could lay down in it, anyway.

Heat doesn't work
Not sure if its a new company or people making them because I have had nothing but problems. I have had to pay for 2 electrical companies. First it was a power issue noticed and with the second electrical company they noticed wiring issues. I have a box with lights/radio. All should be aware this company doesn't give refunds- $1500 gone. Really wish it worked like all of these others said on their reviews.

Love my sauna!
Great sauna for the price. I used to use the sauna just about daily at the gym. Gave this one a try. Assembly is easy, but having 2 people makes it much easier. Just take your time. The parts go toeger well and make a good seal. Mine has gotten as hot as 149 degrees f. The blue tooth speakers are ok, nothing special but do the job. My only complaint is that there is no volume control for the speakers in the sauna. After a 20-25 min session Iโve got a good sweat going. Lots of health benefits from this thing so I hope to use it often.
