Hi, is it shelf stable prior opening? Once opened, how long will it last in the fridge? Thanks

Yes. We’ve only had it about a month. Still seems good.

What kind of flavor is Green Goddess? What does it taste like?

It's a rich and creamy dressing that I think has a very nice flavor that goes well with leafy greens and salads imo.

How can this be vegan if it contains eggs!!??

I would ask the manufacturer about that. Perhaps they offer a strictly vegan choice? I buy this product because it does not contain seed oils. Sorry I can’t be of help in answering your question.
