A cheap and cheerful hearing device - but it works! Sound is reasonably clear but beware of high pitched feedback if the volume is set too high. You get 2 spare batteries and 3 different sized ear pieces. I'm a big bloke but found the larger one to be comfortable. I thought that fitting the device over my big ears would be difficult but, it fact, it was easy and the device is surprisingly secure. Amazing value - and it saves me annoying the family by having the TV volume set too high.....

Not too bad as a temporary/short-term hearing assistant, which is what I wanted, but not a replacement for a prescribed hearing aid of course. I find when watching TV that it's best on a very low setting, because it not only increases the volume of speech but also the volume of all the background noise, so that speech is still difficult to hear.

A good reasonably priced hearing device to be used as a starter or first time wearer. Admittedly as others have commented the feedback can be loud at times, but this is easily solved by reducing the volume. Overall well worth the money

Noise amplifier is exactly what it is! Could hear amplified road noise in car, children’s playground was horrendous! Used once. Go and get hearing aids if you can’t hear. This is what I’ve done and I can hear properly now, hear what I need to hear at the correct levels for me.

Took a punt on this hearing aid as my mum is waiting for NHS hearing aids. We're amazed how good they are. She can hear better and is wearing them quite often. It's important to have it fit snuggly in the ear, if not any sounds leaking from the part that fits in the ear can leak, be picked up by the microphone and cause whistling. She won't be using them in a busy environment with lots of noise because it does pick up background noise. It has 2 batteries and three different sizes of ear buds. Excellent value and very good if there isn't a lot of background noise. My mum only has mild ear loss so that's perhaps why she gets on with them.

Not one ne of the ear buds fitted, I expected something not elegant but this appliance is very poor, clumsy and screeches. As I only need this for one month until my NHS aids are ready to.be fitted I will keep them but warn others not to purchase if they want an aid that doesn't screech.

This makes quite a noticeable difference! There's a slight continual hum to it, which does get louder the more the volume increases, but then it is powering the amplifier so some background noise is to be expected. It quickly gets forgotten with the distraction of being able to hear people speaking to you and music! It did feel uncomfortable at first, it's quite a different sensation to have something IN your ear but for shorter periods or with distraction or as a stand in/introduction it won't be a problem at all. Like the hum it's very easy to ignore/be distracted from. The same can be said of it being fairly bulky/obvious, for an introductory piece and for shorter periods it won't be an issue at all. It's not heavy on the ear, you barely feel it once you've had it on for a little while. I have glasses and I was a bit worried that it wouldn't fit with them, but it's actually very easy to get them under/between the Amplifier and your ear/head without making your glasses wonky at all! It comes with 2 batteries for it, which are super easy to put in as well as 3 different sized ear adaptors to fit on the end of it which allow for you to get the perfect fit.

It works as it should. I am very pleased.

Llegaron súper rápido, mi hermana ya se los puso y los siente muy cómodos escucha muy bien!! Le quedo muy bien con la mas pequeña almohadilla. Estamos muy contentos con la compra!! Ella escucha perfecto con sus dos nuevos Auditivos. No pongo imagen porque ya no se los quiere quitar!!!

Preso per sostituire un amplifon in emergenza... Va bene.. alcuni rumori li sentiva roppo forti ( tipo la sedia che struscia sul pavimento) pero le persone a tavola le sentiva bene

Trage seit Jahren richtig teure In Ohr Hörgeräte, Ohne höre ich kaum noch was. Leider sind immer wieder ausfälle eines oder beider Geräte an der Tagesordnung. Aktuell mal wieder beide im Werk zur Reparatur, also mal wieder 1 Monat Taub. Habe nun diesen tollen Hörverstärker entdeckt. Erster Test - Begeistert. Frage mich tatsächlich ob es Sinn macht 4500€ für 2 Hörgeräte zu zahlen (KK zahlt nur geringen Anteil) Die Hörverstärker sind einfach aber tun genau das was sie sollen, Gut man ist von den Maß gefertigten Geräten trage Komfort gewöhnt, da muss man hier Abstriche machen- aber für den Preis Hören und auch Verstehen, ist für nich einfach nur genial, habe nun nach 1 Woche Test ein Zweites bestellt
