Q: does this tea really have protein? if so, how much per serving

No, it lists zero protein on the label. Also, these are nettle seeds, not leaf, so if you make tea with them you are doing so with pure nettle seeds.

Q: are these seeds free of chemical /pesticides, and organic?

Who knows? All I know is that I'm very satisfied with the product and the price. Pretty sure mine was a product of Turkey.

Q: I would like to use these to make nettle sprouts. Will they germinate?

I am guessing they would not. I keep mine in the fridge so I never get them to that state. Interesting idea, however.

Q: Has anyone found a way to make this into tea or do you just eat the seeds?

I boil 1/4 cup of seeds in half a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Let the pot sit for 30 minutes, pour into a strainer. Heat up and drink as tea; Enjoy!
