Delivered well ahead of scheduled estimate which was fab. I ordered the brown option as I'm fair to dirty fair hair colour with brown eyes. The product is very easy to understand and mix and apply with a wand brush and thin brush, however I left mine on an extra five minutes but still did not get coverage, I should have perhaps order black to mix in so it was darker brown and might have taken more, only tried it once but will try it again soon with the darker option mixed in, still a good product just did not work for me this time round.

My previous eyebrows tint was very efficient, I always needed to take care not to make my eyebrows too dark. This one does only a faint colour even if I leave it longer than stated on the instructions. BTW I think the instructions are wrong as they say to keep the colour on for 60 seconds! Maybe the developer is off.

As a person with very fair eyebrows this product worked well for me. However, the application time recommended was 60seconds however I had to leave on for 1 hour before the shade of brown i wanted showed! I also tried this on my lashes, but not as successful as the mascara brush didn’t work well to put the product on my lashes. It also didn’t fit into the glass dish that came in the kit. Also the description said it would come with 2 brushes but it only came with 1 which was disappointing. However fast delivery so 4 stars :)

Very easy to use and a lot of product for the money however even when left on for much longer than the recommended time I don't find this tints my brows particularly well. The minimal amount of colour that does take also fades very quickly.

I didn't like this product much, as the results are not as expected. After following the instructions step by step the results are not satisfying, you can barely see a difference.

Eyelash and eyebrow dye - didn't coat hairs or stain skin on first attempt. I reapplied the dye and it worked but only faintly. It is noticeable close up. Great colour for brows but not bold enough for lashes

information is incorrect and to get the right colour you need to leave it on for longer, also turns eyebrows ginger instead of brown!!

Prompt delivery . Good packaging. But useless staff. It says (brown) but after application no change at all happened! I have got dark brown eyebrows and I hoped it gets lighter to match my newly coloured hair. I am disappointed. I suggest they do like hair dye companies and include pictures for the colour before and after according to the original brow color. And it is expensive though!
