I got two of these kits last time they were on sale at this price...and...THIS IS A STEAL!! Jet Seal alone is AWESOME stuff. I don't know about it lasting for a whole year as it claims is possible, but I put it on a couple of my cars and it's been almost three months and I can give them a quick two-bucket method wash and the water still beads and they look like I just treated 'em. To me it's all about protection, not shine and gloss, and this stuff is kickin' butt so far. The microfiber towels are excellent as far as MF towels go and I have no reservations in using them as a final buffer when using the Jet Seal. Just cut the stiff white label off before using and no worries about scratching or creating swirl marks. They seem like they'll be holding up for quite a while. Soft satin edge is well stitched. Like I said, I'm not a "shine and gloss" guy, and wouldn't normally spend extra money just for that effect. But since I did get my wife a really nice low mileage 1990 Mercedes 190E 2.6 (she's really short and this car fits her perfectly) I figured I'd give it the extra effort and polish it up. And at this price it was like getting an expensive wax for free, or at least really cheap depending on what price you can find Jet Seal for. To cut to the chase - I was actually surprised...and impressed. It's not a night and day difference, but the extra bit of shine it added to the Jet Seal was a lot more noticeable than I thought it would be. It just made the old Merc "pop". And sometimes that's all it takes to move something from from "oooh...that's really nice" to "WOW...that's really nice!" Even the applicator pads are quality items. Not the cheap soft foam that would be considered one-time use. Yeah. If I didn't already have enough wax to last me 10 years I'd be ordering this kit. For sure.

I've used Pete's before, but I wanted to try JetSeal and couldn't pass up this deal (I ordered during the holidays--in addition to the low price, Amazon was offering a 20% off coupon; delivery took about a month-and-a-half). The towels are nice--they're large, fluffy,and have easy-to-remove tags; I also like the silk banding. However, since they're red, I don't trust washing them with my other towels (I used them when claying the car). For applying wax I also prefer the UFO-style foam applicators to the applicators included in this kit (I used one of the included applicators when applying JetSeal to my wheels). The weather was mild today, so I gave the kit a try. After claying the car (with a Mothers California Gold kit), I applied Chemical Guys Black Light and Hybrid V7. I then applied one coat each of JetSeal and Pete's (ideally I would have done 2 coats each, but I didn't have the time). I also used CG Silk Shine on the interior trim, exterior trim, and tires. The car looks great. It's too early to tell how the protection will hold up (I'm hoping to have to do the full detail only once a year and then wax as needed throughout the year). I'm still working on my original pot of Pete's, so I didn't have to open the one in this kit; I should have plenty of it for a good while.

Yes, this product is on the higher end of car care products but I am more than getting my money's worth as you don't have to use very much to cover a large sized area. My car has to be hand washed and with the jet seal and Pete's 53 paint protector, I see that the finish has not lost its factory glossiness and depth. When I wash it, the water just beads up on it like it has a Teflon-type finish that sluffs the dirt and rains away. I'm pleased with the advanced durability of the products. I feel that they give the best quality shine and protection I've ever had. Thanks Chemical Guys"!

The towels are amazing and I wish I hadn't wasted money buy cheap microfiber towels locally once I experienced using these. The jetseal Is a decent value but I am not amazed by it. I assume it's doing its job and it does leave the paint more glossy and smooth to the touch. Washing has become easier, however when driving dust seems to attract to the paint. (Almost like static). I haven't used the wax yet, not sure if it's quality or it's "rarity" I assume it's just a low production run of a wax product they ended up not using to go to full production and rather than waste it they market it as "Limited edition". Perhaps I'm letting my imagination get the best of me. Over all a great value though, I'm going to order more towels ASAP

I am very picky about my vehicle and I was thrilled with the results of this product. They are both really easy to apply and leave a really nice shine and finish. I first did a clay bar to get rid of the contaminants before using the sealant. The sealant feels really smooth and nice and has lasted really well so far. I changed over from using some other sealants because after a couple weeks of washing the water stopped beading as well. The included wax is also really nice and adds to the deep shine. I also used it on the wood finishes inside of my car to help protect them as I couldn't find another product. I had no trouble applying either of them and removing the excess. I will definitely use this again in the future.

Chem Guys products are great. I didn't receive the pack that was ordered, only one item arrived. Amazon refunded money easily. 2 stars isn't a reflection on the products, it's on the seller.

Really great value in this kit. I cannot believe that I got all these items for only 43 bucks. I never tried this brand of products and it is very impressive. Usually my go-to brand is Meguiars for car detailing but I took a chance on this one. The paint sealant is really easy to use and takes no effort to remove. No powdery residue, maximum shine and enhanced slickness. The Pete's 53 carnauba wax takes a little bit more effort to remove but it is partially my fault since I took a break while it cured and removed it all at once after the car was done. The final result is really impressive; you can see the reflections of the clouds and trees in the paint, very deep shine!! The supplied towels are really good to remove wax and give the final buff to the paint for maximum shine. I hope it will continue to shine like this for a while and I am very pleased with CG products so far and will try more of their lineup of products in the future.

Todo lo que incluye este kit es de muy alta calidad, desde las microfibras hasta el sellador "jet seal" la cera de carnauba natural es impresionante, le otorga un brillo cálido a la pintura del auto. Un maravilloso kit de CG. Por cierto, hay que lavar las microfibras antes de usarlas por primera vez para que suelten el exceso de tinte.

Really nice kit onsale, i liked the wax best, jet seal is so/so, but the wax goes on easy and off super easy

Did a complete wash, clay, sealant and wax this weekend - the results were great. Car is charcoal grey. JetSeal went on easy and was easy to remove after the initial 20min cure time. Only minor issue I had with it is that it almost goes on clear - quite difficult to see. Not a big deal in any way really. Pete's 53 was good. I've used the paste wax from AutoGlym before and it seems like the AG wax provided a deeper shine or more shine? This wax is still great though. Goes on easy and wipes off easy too. Water beading is fantastic as seen in many reviews. Can't tell yet how long it will last but seeing as this is first time I've used a sealant and not just a wax, I'm sure it'll be better than I've experienced before. Obviously, best part about this kit is value. The micro fiber drying towels are fantastic and the foam wax applicators work very well. I did everything by hand. I ended up buying a couple more kits for family. So I've bought a couple more sets for my parents and brother.
