Are you supposed to chew this product?

Yes, some functional Dr.'s recommend that you chew them. Some recommend a dosage of twice a day, rather than once a day as recommended in the bottle. Unfortunately, it did not help me with my high sulfur and histamine issue. Only removing the offending food for a period of time and slowly reintroducing them helped.
