OOFOS OOmy Zen Recovery Shoe - Women’s

As a 49-year-old registered nurse who suffers from severe chronic back and leg pain, finding a shoe that can keep me comfortable through my 12–14 hour shifts has felt almost impossible. I spend the vast majority of every shift on my feet, so I purchased these OOFOS OOmy Zen Recovery Shoes in Chalk hoping they would provide the support I desperately needed. I'm happy to say they exceeded my expectations! From the moment I slipped them on, I could tell these shoes were different. They are incredibly comfortable, and the wider toe box gives my feet plenty of room without feeling loose or sloppy. The cushioning is amazing, and the amount of bounce they provide with each step has truly been a game changer. They give a whole new meaning to the saying, "pep in my step!" By the end of my shifts, my feet and legs feel noticeably less fatigued than they did with my previous work shoes. Sizing was spot on. I normally wear a size 8, ordered a size 8, and the fit is absolutely perfect. They're also surprisingly lightweight, which makes them even more comfortable to wear all day. The overall quality is exceptional and they wash well by just tossing them in the washer. They come out of the wash looking brand new. I love that they're slip-ons—no dealing with annoying shoelaces before or during a busy shift! I've worn them with and without socks, and they're equally comfortable either way. My feet can breathe don’t get all hot and sweaty in these shoes. One thing I was concerned about before ordering was that they looked a little big and bulky in the photos. Thankfully, that wasn't the case at all. They have a sleek look on my feet and don't feel bulky in the slightest. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the shoes arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I honestly couldn't be happier with this purchase. I love my new OOFOS, and I'm already planning to order the black pair soon. If you're on your feet all day (especially if you work in healthcare) I highly recommend giving these shoes a try. They've made a noticeable difference for me, and I only wish I had bought them sooner!

I'm a big fan of Oofos and have gifted them to several family members. Came across these while perusing the Oofos site looking for slides to gift someone and decided to give the Zen model a try. So far I'm very pleased! As a reference, I'm a walker, not runner, and I don't wear these for that purpose. But slipping them on after a vigorous 4 or 5 mile walk achieves the "recovery" feeling that the brand touts. I first purchased them in the chalk color in a 7.5 and those are perfect with socks; I went down to a 7 to wear without socks and they also fit perfectly. This time I went with black for practicality. The dual tabs are a game changer for easily getting them on/off. I also love that Oofos has a return/replacement window even if they've been worn, which allowed me to give them an all-day "try out" recently. I wasn't disappointed. As a 65+ female who can struggle to find shoes that accommodate my high arches and a toe box wide enough to be comfortable for long periods, this shoe met the challenge and came through with flying colors. Only wish I had snagged them in the lovely lemongrass color before they sold out! Big fan of Oofos!

Could Be Better • The look is very “recovery shoe,” so not the most stylish option — but the comfort makes you stop caring instantly. • They can run slightly warm in hot weather since the foam is dense. Verdict If you train a lot, run often, or simply want unmatched comfort for tired feet, the OOmy Zen Recovery Shoes are absolutely worth it. They feel like walking on a cloud and make recovery noticeably better. Highly recommended for any athlete or anyone who values true comfort.

I’ve worn oofo’s shoes for a few years & have always been satisfied but these were a disappointment they are very difficult to put on if you have a high arch & you definitely need a shoe horn for the backs to slide your foot in, even though they have those little loops front & back I have difficulty getting them on, they are roomy enough that my toes don’t touch the front while walking they are sized right, also I don’t find the soles as thick as most oofo’s shoes that causes my knees to ache & I can’t walk for long in them, they run true to size though but I wouldn’t recommend them if you have arthritis & high arches, but I’m still a loyal fan of oofo’s & will continue to buy their mule & slip on sandals I’ve noticed the mules & sandals will shrink if left in the sun on your porch or deck & in a hot garage just a heads up! Other wise they are the only shoes I wear these days as I refuse to have knee replacement

Love these shoes! So comfortable, got a 2nd pair in black. Just buy a pair and see how to treat your feet.

My podiatrist recommended this brand to me. It’s very comfortable. I love it in first couple months. Unfortunately, the soles are not durable. I wear them for about an hour a day on average. After two months, the soles showed noticeable wear (green), and they started leaking in less than four months (red arrow）hopefully this brand makes some durable sneakers。it’s so comfortable, I still want to buy another pairs.
