30-second outdoor cleaner is an amazing product! I sprayed it on my wood privacy fence and let it sit for about 5-6 minutes. The fence faces north, so it had discoloration and algae! The algae did require some hand scrubbing but came out so clean. Be patient and wait until it is completely dry.

The siding on our house wasn’t that bad, but it was definitely not something I wanted to try scrubbing. I gave this stuff a chance and just wow! It recommended leaving it for up to 5 mins for our vinyl siding, but almost instantly after spraying it on, it was already stripping all the algae and moss off the siding. The only scrubbing I had to do was our concrete patio, and even then it was very minimal.It was super easy to use, the price is not bad at all if you already have a hose, the only thing I would say is that the bottle does not last very long. It took 3 bottles of the cleaner to do just the back of our house and the concrete pad. To be fair, this was my first time using a product like this and I probably used way too much.Overall, this product is absolutely worth it. Adding it to my list to buy when the siding needs it again.

It does exactly what it says. Easier to clean decks wit this than a pressure washer because you don't have to worry about paint being chipped off. Takes the green florida gunk off siding with ZERO scrubbing. Needs to be a little more in the bottle though. Conservatively spraying, I used one bottle on a 50x15 deck and that's all it was able to finish. So if you're doing a house and a porch, you're going to use several bottles. The "rinse" nozzle is a thin stream, so you can get up high very well, but it's not great for rinsing off the porch, using the hose by hand did better there. The dirt though, gone. Far less time than pressure washing or mopping, or whatever else.

This stuff is Awesome! Highly recommend! Way less expensive than hiring a professional company . With little to no effort or time it melted algae off our two story house…and no ladder either!!!!

I had high hopes for this outdoor cleaner, and I have to give credit where it's due, it does clean effectively. The formula removed mold and mildew from my siding and gutters without requiring excessive scrubbing, which was a definite plus.However, the major issue I encountered was the astonishing amount of product required for even a modest cleaning job. My house is only about 50 feet long, and I went through two full bottles just to clean the gutters and siding on the back of my house. That's it – just one side.What makes this particularly frustrating is that the nozzle design sprays out the product in a wide pattern that you have absolutely no control over. There's no way to adjust the spray to be more targeted or conservative. At this rate, I would need approximately six more bottles to finish the remaining three sides of my house, which makes this product prohibitively expensive for regular use.The bottom line: while the cleaning power is there, the inefficient application method makes this product a poor value. I cannot recommend it to homeowners looking for a cost-effective solution unless you're prepared to spend a fortune on refills for even an average-sized home.Save your money and look for a cleaner that either comes in concentrate form or has a more controllable application system.

This product works way better than expected! I wish i took before + after pics.Years of green on the north side of my house rinsed right off with one application, except the underside of the gutters needed a second wash, but that might have even been me not getting a good amount on the first time.It is worth saying that the nozzle has a red plastic piece in it which makes it foam up really well. you need to remove that piece for it to shoot 22 feet to reach the second floor soffits.You can smell that it is a mild bleach. It did not kill any plants, however, I do rinse the plants near the area being treated by spraying them well with water so they absorb water into the leaves before they get any of the product on them, then rinse the plants well after you finishing rinsing the area you are cleaning.

I purchased after a friend recommended it. It works great! The tough spots require a touch of elbow grease and a re spray and scrub- definitely recommend doing it when it’s not full sun outside bc the longer it sits the better it works(learned with time ha) I used a basic plastic handheld scrub brush and it worked great. I finished the whole fence in less than 2 hours and the fresh bright white fence really makes such a huge difference! I used twoBottles for about 15 sections of standard vinyl fence. I also used some on an old wood fence covered with green and brown and it took it off after about ten minutes. Highly recommend. Just know there will be some scrubbing if u want perfection. I covered my close plants in spray zone w a tarp because the spray turned some palm leaves yellow and all was good going forward.

I bought two bottles of this along with the hose adapter. My goal was to try to get rid of algae and mildew at our creek front cabin. It’s constantly humid and when it rains, the painted deck surface gets a bit slippery. We have a similar problem at our home with flagstones on our patio, even though it’s not on a creek.I let the product sit on the deck for the recommended five minutes, then scrubbed it a bit with a stiff brush. It was warm, but not hot, and it was barely wet when I got back to the first part I had treated. The algae is definitely reduced, but not gone. I applied what was left in the first bottle on the flagstones at home, and let it sit for the full 15 minutes, then scrubbed and rinsed. I can’t see much improvement on the flagstones, but then that’s one of the problems I have with the delivery system.When you screw the hose adapter onto the bottle, it ratchets in place. If you tip the bottle, it does leak as others have pointed out. There also does not seem to be a way to remove the adapter from the bottle without resorting to destructive methods. That’s a real problem for transporting a partial bottle, but also because there is a second bottle and only one adapter. The other problem I have is that the bottle is opaque and there’s no way to know when it is empty. In fairness, the reason that it did not work on my flagstones may be that there was no easy way to know if when the product ran out. For all I know, I may have just been rinsing some of the flagstones with nearly pure water. I’m going to try undiluted product from the second bottle on one of the flagstones that didn’t respond well.All that being said, for reasons I can’t fully define, this underperformed in my opinion. If you decide to get it, I would not recommend getting the package that includes the hose adapter. A garden pump sprayer might be a better choice in that you know when the product and water you mixed in runs out. As for the product itself, this does not appear to be any different from the many deck washes that are out there. It’s mostly chlorine and soap, which you could mix up yourself (2 gallons warm water, 2 cups of 5-6% bleach, 1/4 cup dish soap). Whether you use commercially available or make your own, don’t leave it on wood surfaces too long, or you will degrade the surface and end up with wood that looks “hairy.“

It’s called 30 seconds but you have to leave it on the surface being cleaned for 15 minutes. Works very well. I will definitely buy more.

I bought to bottles to do cleaning of external walls around my house. I found it extremely effective on algae, turning the algae from green to brown/yellow very quickly which I take is a good sign that it’s killing the algae, making it easy to subsequent removal. I also used it to clean mouldy walls and it was also very effective. The bottles came with a hose attachment but it wasn’t compatible with my tap fittings as I am not in the US. However, I poured the solution into a handheld sprayer and sprayed the walls by hand and it worked well. Although you can hose off the solution with a garden hose, I recommend waiting a few minutes for the solution to work and then use a high pressure water hose. Wear a mask as it does give off some fumes. Worked well and I would recommend its suitability as described.

Product does a super job on vinyl siding. I am very pleased with results.It does take a lot of product to do a house .
