Purchased these sheets to add to the shelves of my dehydrator to place my cookies on while drying incase I ever have icing flood over the cookie. This has happened a couple of times and these saved me! They are super durable and you can just clean the right off and put them right back. Such a great design! Super easy to use and they can withstand the heat level inside the dehydrator and do not change the flavor of the cookie. Win win!

Great purchase that saved money and works very well I recently purchased a new food dehydrator with only one mesh drying screen. Buying the brand's own screen was prohibitively expensive. I saw these in the side ads and decided to try them. They are large and very flexible (like cloth). I could cut them to size. Because they have no rigidity, they need to lay over the drying racks. I chopped tomatoes with basil and garlic and dehydrated them to almost crisp. There was residue stuck to the mesh after the drying was complete, but the residue soaked off and it didn't take much more to get it clean. I strongly recommend it.

Wish my dehydrator trays were square but they are not. So I had to make a pattern on these to cut to fix my dehydrator. they are great for what I needed. No more corn pieces drying and falling to other trays. When I do fruit they let the air through but the fruit juice does not drip to the lower tray. The extra pieces I cut off I plan to use for other household ideas. They are non skid. As far as cleaning I put them in dishwasher and run with the trays. They don't seem to rinse fully. So I take them out and run water over them and ring them out. Works great. No matter what I use them for NO food sticks to them. Saves money are parchment paper.

I was expecting these drying sheets to be like the original sheets, which were stiffer, more rigid and slid in and out easily. These sheet are like a thick cloth, foldable and not rigid. My initial reaction was negative because I liked the stiffer sheets, and gave the product a negative review before trying them. I used them and changed my mind. The smaller hole prevent seeds and small pieces from falling through. the Silicone material is easy to clean, doesn't seem to stain easily and food does not stick to it like the older sheets. I thought the smaller holes would make it take longer to dry, but I honestly can't tell any difference. I really like them and changed by negative rating to a positive. The old sheets have lasted a long time so don't know about durability but I do recommend them.

I ordered these to go with my dehydrator. I was given one sheet on my 6 rack container. I ordered the five and they are perfect. Easy to wash, very bendable, and as advertised, the do not stick. Made my second batch of beef jerky, and was able to lift them right off the sheets with no sticking. They have many holes for the heat transfer, and work excellent. My next project will be to make trail mix and test the no sticking properties to make sure it was not a fluke. But to not have any pieces of my jerky stick tells me that the dried fruit won't be a problem either. Great product for the price. ENJOY

These are sold as fruit drying mats but they are ideal for small scale cheese making. I use paper towels with these mats. The paper soaks away the whey and the mats prevent the paper sticking to the damp cheese. Useful!

Das Produkt ist praktisch, gut zu reinigen sorgt im Dörrautomaten dafür, dass kleinere oder feuchte/ klebrige Stücke nicht an den Gitter haften. Es kommt aber genug Luft zum gleichmäßigen Dörren durch. Die Blätter funktionieren auch gut für das Dörren von Kräutern. Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Produkt
