My ottoman bed hasn’t lifted properly for years. It was only recently I found I could change the shock absorbers myself. I initially ordered these springs that were slightly too long so got the next ones down in length. I couldn’t get the exact length I had on the bed but all it means is it doesnt lift quite as high. I am over the moon now they’re on and working. To be able to lift the bed without getting either someone to hold it up or use something to prop it up is fantastic and I now have access to what’s kept under the bed much easier. They’re made well and they arrived quickly. I had to return the first ones I bought and I had my refund processed really quickly allowing me to order this set that is now helping the functionality of the bed.

Item was exactly what I wanted, fitted perfectly. However, it would not compress, no matter how much force was placed on it.Hoping it's a one off and reordering.
