Nice little machine, great price, perfect for on the go
HP never fails me, this little laptop is perfect for what I needed. Simply a backup device in the case of a power outage or traveling. Super lightweight, faster than I was expecting for it's specs and the touchscreen is a bonus. Had a power outage already to put it to the test. Had multiple tabs open, music running and Office tasks and after the 4.5hour outage still had 88% battery.Note, I do not think you could easily upgrade the ram or m2 drive or replace the battery as the unit is sealed. There is no consumer way to access the inside without removing OEM stickers and casing that would surely void any warranty so keep that in mind. For a backup device that's very portable, and fast cant beat the price.

Excellent Budget Laptop for Everyday Use
After using the same laptop for several years, it was finally time for an upgrade. Since I’m very budget-conscious, I spent quite a bit of time researching different models before deciding on this HP laptop, and I’m glad I did.Setup was quick and easy. I read the instructions, powered it on, and had everything running in no time. I was even able to transfer my Microsoft Word license from my previous laptop without any issues. So far, I’ve used it to browse the internet, watch YouTube videos, and I plan to do a lot of writing on it. It performs smoothly for everyday tasks, starts up quickly, and the touchscreen is a nice bonus. If you’re a student, run a small business, or simply need a reliable laptop for web browsing, email, document creation, and research, this is an excellent value. You don’t have to spend a fortune to get a dependable computer.Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. For the price, this HP laptop offers outstanding value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, dependable everyday laptop.

Not impressed
This thing is slow to load, glitchy, the mouse goes invisible when hovering over what you want to click on, the mouse pad near the keyboard is in an irritating place and too sensitive, constantly jumping the cursor here or there when trying to type. And the power cord plug in is right up against USB outlet so very much in the way of eacho ther. Not well thought out.

Great laptop for my college classes
I've had my laptop for about a month. It's really fast speed and it is very easy to use as it's a touch screen. The screen size is perfect it's not too big and it's not too small. The functionality is amazing as I go to college online. I really like this laptop.

Great for everyday use, but the screen resolution feels a bit… vintage
I’ve been using this laptop for a while now, and for the price, it actually performs better than I expected. The Ryzen 3 7320U + 8GB RAM + 256GB SSD combo handles everyday tasks smoothly — web browsing, streaming, school/work documents, and video calls all run without any hiccups. It boots fast, apps open quickly, and the touchscreen is surprisingly responsive. I caught myself tapping the screen even when I didn’t need to, just because it works well. Now, the part that made me raise an eyebrow: the display. It’s a 1366×768 HD panel on a 15.6” screen, which instantly transported me back to around 2014. It gets the job done for Netflix and general use, but if you’re used to crisp Full HD or higher, you’ll notice the difference right away. I even checked the settings twice thinking something was wrong. For light gaming, it’s fine — titles like LoL or Valorant run okay. But if you try any heavy AAA games, the integrated Radeon graphics will politely decline the invitation.Storage is 256GB, which is okay at first, but after Windows updates and a few apps, you’ll start planning what to uninstall. An external drive wouldn’t hurt.Overall:If you need an affordable, fast, no-drama laptop for everyday tasks, this one is a solid choice. Quiet, lightweight, and reliable. But if display quality is a priority or you need power for heavy software, you’ll want to look at something more advanced. In short:Performance is modern, the screen is nostalgic. Perfect for basic use — not ideal for pixel perfectionists.
