I made gelato and it is phenomenal. This is a good product - taste, texture, smell, etc is on point. My one and only complaint is that you can buy this exact same product (same brand, same size) for considerably cheaper on the Wholesale Itlian Food website. Even after paying for shipping, it was $10 less.
