A Calming Boost in My Routine
I’ve been using the TrueSeaMoss Sea Moss Gel with Ashwagandha, and it’s become a nice little boost in my daily routine. The texture is smooth, easy to mix, and the flavor is mild enough that I can add it to smoothies without it taking over the taste. I really like the combination of sea moss and ashwagandha — it feels grounding, calming, and supportive, especially on busy days. I’ve noticed I feel a bit more balanced and steady when I take it consistently. It’s simple to scoop, stores well, and feels like a clean, natural supplement. Overall, it’s been a positive addition for me, and I’m happy with how it fits into my wellness routine.

Worth It for Energy and Skin Health
I’ve been using the True Sea Moss 5-in-1, and I’m honestly impressed by how noticeable the benefits have been for me. First, my acne, which normally flares up badly, has completely calmed down. That alone was huge for me, but what really surprised me was my energy level. I usually feel exhausted and unmotivated by noon, but after taking this consistently, I had steady energy throughout the day and actually felt fine continuing my tasks without crashing. The taste is really enjoyable, which makes it easy to take daily. I also ordered another flavor from them, and I’ve been doing one spoonful of this flavor and one spoonful of the other, which I love. Another unexpected benefit was my hair. It feels noticeably smoother, softer, and honestly a bit fuller. I can feel the difference just running my fingers through it. If something can calm my acne and improve my energy and hair this noticeably, I’m excited to see how continued use supports my health long term. Definitely sticking with this.

its as thick as applesauce, goes down fast
wasn't sure about this stuff , my sister convinced me due to my recent health issues it has an earthy taste, bht you can also taste the fruity part too. I got the mango one first, gana get a diff flavor next time I order. its my 1st bottle , so I can't see a huge difference yet , after iv had it for a while I can redo my review,, so ill keave a 4 star this time.

Sea Moss/jar
Taste pretty good! I like Sea Moss in the jar rather than gummies.
