Works great but there are no instructions. Why are two ports Red and the last one is black? Do you charge the battery only through the red usb ports?

Works great, but the attachments are poorly glued on. The compass and bubble level came loose after a short time—and that’s without any rough use.

The product has all of the features as advertised. The bank is a bit larger and heavier than I expected, however, the ability for the power bank to be recharged with the hand crank makes it particularly appealing. It feels very secure and built for toughness. The extra plugs on the back makes it easy to use on multiple devices. I have used it to charge my phone but it seems heavy enough to tackle my computer if necessary. It was more expensive than others I saw on the web but the power capacity was much higher. I am satisfied with the purchase

Do not buy! Neither solar panel nor hand crank will charge it. Tried both over 3 days and it will not charge.

This thing is great, I recently lost the one I purchased and I'm simply re-ordering the same one, and if I find the original I will be glad to have two. I do astrophotography so the clip is a nice feature, hanging it below my tripod and connected to the lens warmer. also the flashlight and compass, both things I did not care about, have came in clutch several times!
