Is fuzz shedding normal?

The hand‑applied flocked layer brings lifelike looks. Small amounts of fiber may fall off. Play within the original pouch.

Why does the toy tear easily after frequent squeezing?

Our product is made of soft silicone, which is softer and more delicate in texture. Hard continuous squeezing will cause damage easily, gentle use is recommended.

Can I wipe or wash the toy to get rid of stickiness permanently?

Wiping only temporarily lessens stickiness, which returns soon due to silicone’s natural trait. Keep the toy sealed in its original pouch and avoid taking it out to play.
