What Are cookie monsters eye made out of?

The eyes are made out of material, sewn to the head.

How tall is gund big bird

He's about 12 inches, just the right size for a small child.

Does this have any beans or beads in it?

yes. it has beads in the bottom of it so that he can sit up correctly. I am pretty sure most plush toys like this will have that. I will say the brand gund is one of the best and we have never had any problems with spilling out of the insides and we got this for my son when he was 1 years old. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to let me know.
