Never worked. Doesn’t even start.

Please save your money and don’t bother buying this. It doesn’t work, I tried everything! It doesn’t even turn on. The machine is just a box, it doesn’t even start. I tried contacting the seller twice but no response.

The machine didn’t work, I requested a return but the seller didn’t approve. Don’t get it, you will lose your money.

Defective item delivered after a long waiting period

I can’t believe how well this works. I used the Magnasonic Ultrasonic Cleaner for my jewelry, eyeglasses, coins, bolts, and screws, and even my watchband, and everything came out sparkling clean. It removes grime and buildup in places you could never reach by hand. Just add water, push the button, and let it do the work. No harsh chemicals needed. I did ad 2-3 drops of dawn for the super dirty items. It’s quiet, easy to use, and feels like something straight out of a jeweler’s shop. Absolutely worth it if you love that “brand-new” shine again!

I bought this to replace my old jewelry cleaner and it's much nicer looking and works great. It cleans my wedding ring like a charm which I like to do every few weeks to maintain the shine and clean the grime of day to day life off regularly. It cleans all types of items including glasses. I usually put in very hot water with a few drops of dish soap and that does the trick. It sure beats the more manual methods of cleaning jewelry. There are multiple time options and it's easy to fill and dump the water and wipe it clean after use. It's a decent size and lightweight too. The silver tone is much nicer than the older white model I had before which lasted me several years before breaking down so no complaints with this brand overall.
