I have a deviated septum and can't breath through my nose without a ton of nasal spray. I thought I'd give these a try for night use and I'm happy I did. They are excellent quality and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I would suggest buying one size larger than you think you need. The first set I bought wouldn't stay in my nose because they were too small.

After rhinoplasty, this is a must and o used this one which gave me comfort and softness was good, material is also good which fit well and had no smell. Size is definitely true size and helps you maintain your nostrils aligned, highly recommend it

these work. ive had my nose broke, had nose surgery 17 years ago, it shifted and left me with deviated septum. i tried all the other breathing strips, turbine nostril openers etc. they all didnt help. i sleep with this every night. totally helps me breathe through my nose. its a little awkward putting in to position it. but once in its comfortable. to clean i toss it in an electric cleaner with my teeth retainer. very glad i found these.

bought this for my friend after surgery and she loved it. The silicone is soft and comfortable, easy to use and clean. It helped her breathe well and kept the nostrils even. She also showed it to her doctor, who was impressed.

Bought this as an alternative to nose strip stickies, the one that expand your nose to gain more air during stuffy nose (flu). This nostril retainer, performs worse, still very stuffy. Better off with the nose strip stickies. Possibly useful for nose surgery to hold nose shape, but I cannot confirm.

This is a very good quality product. The material is stiff but soft, it's smooth and squishy but retains its shape. It's longer and narrower than other nasal dilators. Measurements are accurate. The seller is excellent.
