Update: The manufacturer immediately tended to my concerns and made everything right!!! The taste is terrible!!! It has a chemical taste without any lemon flavor! I'm so disappointed and cannot return.

Packed securely, arrived on time, and I like the smell and consistency of the product. I never have fresh lemons on hand so this is the perfect answer to use as 'zest' in recipes.

Say NO to this one!
AWFUL! NO FLAVOR AND SMELLS LIKE THE PLASTIC BAG IT'S WRAPPED IN. This doesn't smell anything like lemons at all. There is absolutely NO flavor. Opened the bag and very strong smell of the plastic bag it came in. Pass on this one folks. If you're looking for a good lemon flavor get dried cold pressed lemon powder. Not this stuff.
