Works great, stings like hell
I’ve used this on some of my fellow employees who have gotten severe injuries 1 head a severe head gash from hitting his head on an overhang yet had a 2 inch gouge on his scalp. Oh, I cleaned it with some moon wash real quick got a gauze pad, dabbed it poured this on it and compressed it. Stop the bleeding and under a minute and I’ve also personally have used this on myself when I accidentally cut the tip of my ring finger off while preparing dinner I had my son run and grab my first aid kit assist me while I held my finger from bleeding and squirting blood . Held my finger to keep the bleeding under control and then had him poured on hand me a gauze, and then just compressed it tightly until the bleeding stopped and I will tell you the stinging is fairly horrific if you put it on a hand injury don’t know about other places, but best prepare yourself, but it will stop the bleeding very effective. Great buy for the price.

A MUST-HAVE
For those like me on blood thinners, this is a "must-have" for those times when bleeding won't stop. I've cut myself many times, mostly working in the yard (thorns, scrapes, fence mending) and the smallest cut sometimes can bleed for hours. A little WoundSeal and the bleeding stops. It never fails. I even carry some of the vials in my car...you never know when you'll need it.

Paper cut blood stopper
On the package: WoundSeal topical powder. Biolife LLC, Sarasota Fl (...) Made in USA UPC code 834061000040 Ref: CSU004 Ingredients: Hydrophilic polymer and potassium ferrate. Lot and expiration date are on the package, mine had an expiration date that was 25 months out from the date of purchase so good for 2 years. In the package: plastic box containing 4 small tear-open single use packages of WoundSeal and a detailed instruction sheet with pictures and warnings. Each pack is about 1/2" by 1-1/2" long and contains a small amount of the powder. I don't have a scale sensitive enough to weigh the contents, I would estimate the amount of powder to be what you would find in a tear open pepper package from a fast-food breakfast meal. This is the paper or shaving cut bloodstopper as the package quantity will not do much more. Says "stops bleeding instantly!" on the package but the instructions say press into wound for 30 seconds to form a seal - go with the 30 seconds, maybe longer. As it is in powder form, it is NOT what you would use for nose bleeds as it can be inhaled and do damage inside your nasal passages. Be careful if you use this outdoors as it can be blown into the air. Getting this into your eyes, nose or mouth would be bad as it would react with the moisture in those places; you would then have a bigger problem than a paper cut. Good product, does what it is supposed to do for small bleeds and Made in USA.

easy and works
have been using this for years now and it works great. Seldom will it not seal the wound. Depending on the cut, sometimes I may have to add more.

It has once again come time to reorder this product and although it has nearly doubled in price since my last purchase I still think it’s worth it. I have used this on myself and my dog for cuts and when I have accidentally nicked my dogs claw too far and it’s bled. Yes, it does smart a little when applied BUT it certainly does what it should do and stops bleeding immediately. For me personally, I think it’s a first aid kit essential and it has a shelf life of around two years.

I take blood thinners so even a minor graze or very small cut can take a lot of plasters and pads to stop the bleeding. The powder in these tiny tubes applied to the wet blood coagulates the wound and stops bleeding straight away without affecting blood thinning medication according to the manufacturer. They are now part of my home first aid kit. Not cheap but very effective.

As a person on blood thinners any cut or graze can lead to prolonged bleeding, this woundseal acts quickly to seal the wound and keep it sealed whilst healing. Would recommend it.

Cut small right toe corn, with blade. Cut it a little bit too deep, Bleeding would not stop. Used this, and stopped within a minute... Highly recommended. Would buy again.

Expensive, but worth it if you are on blood thinning medication. The powder scabs over small cuts and wounds almost instantly and is especially useful in difficult to administer areas with a plaster or bandage. The tubes are quite small so handy when travelling. A few minutes after being administered the grey power forms a normal looking scab which remains in place, even when washed, until the wound has healed
