The packs were open

Before purchasing, I saw a lot of comments on the internet saying that the packs had been opened, good cards removed and the box re-sealed. In my box, the booster packs were not factory sealed and two of them were open. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is that I bought the box mainly to get the Snorlax promo.
