It’s very thick and it doesn’t remove the make up that well

I’m not sure if I received a defective product or what, but the texture is completely inconsistent, almost as if it’s separating. After applying it, all the makeup just ends up smeared on my hands, and it’s difficult to remove. Even after washing it off, it leaves an oily residue on my face.

Best thing ever.

This is one of my staples! I love how it melts the make up completely off, including waterproof mascara, can easily rinse with lukewarm water and no greasy film after rinsing off! Love love love it! Good price as it will last a month for me and I’m a daily make up wearer. A very mild scent almost unnoticeable, gentle on the skin, easy to remove! And I love the HA in it!

It melts away makeup and sunscreen effortlessly without stripping or irritating my skin, and it rinses off cleanly without leaving a greasy residue. The hyaluronic acid keeps my skin feeling hydrated and soft afterward instead of tight and dry. A little goes a long way, the texture is pleasant to work with, and it has quickly become a staple in my nightly routine.

This has been a great find for me. I bought it to help remove my make up as I struggle to fully remove all of my eye makeup and foundation as well as lipstick. It is gentle but also great at really cleaning the skin and leaves your skin feeling so soft afterwards! It can be used as a mask. I also feel that I don’t have as many blackheads on my nose when I am consistently using this product!

This cleansing balm works very well and it feels really nice. No weird reactions or anything. Very easy to use. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I detest how it smells. It’s bad enough that I keep checking to see if there’s a due date on the jar anywhere. It doesn’t smell rancid like old oil, nothing like rot, it’s a different smell but it’s not pleasant, at least not to me. Nothing appears to be compromised inside the jar. I know scent can be relative. Maybe everyone loves it and I’m the weird one (won’t be the first time), but it’s definitely not for me. The product itself is quite nice. It doesn’t take a whole lot but I like to be thorough. It spreads better than butter. It’s delightfully silky smooth. When you add water, it becomes milky. It rinses clean easily and leaves nothing behind. To be fair, I do tend to do a double cleanse and if anything is left behind, I see it when I apply my toner so I should try it alone but my skin looks good even before I do more. So - I’m torn. Feels lovely. Works well. Leaves skin clean and silky soft. Nice large quantity. Some natural oils in there with everything else. Smells like something you shouldn’t put on your face. No pleasant fragrance - just a weird one I can’t describe adequately. I wonder if their other formulation smells better. I may have to check that out. Would I purchase it again? I’m not sure. I would like to see if the yellow one smells better but if it weren’t exceptionally improved, I’d probably not buy again. I’m very scent oriented. Ridiculously so. Because of this, I’d say give it a try. Most people aren’t going to be quite as picky - they may not even smell it the same way I do. Not uncommon for me. So yeah, I’d say still give it a try. It’s nice feeling and works well in all the important ways.

Works beautifully! I've used Ponds for many years and decided to try something different. This one works great, has a great texture and leaves my skin nice and moist. Love it!
