I’ve tried plenty of “ergonomic” pillows before, but the Hansleep Adjustable Cervical Pillow is the first one that actually lets me fine-tune both height and firmness to fit my body. I got this to help with my neck pain and not only did it help with that, but I fall asleep quicker, I feel more rested, I stay asleep almost all night, and it’s helped resolve some general back pain. Would definitely buy again.

Got two of these, one for apnea and copd hubby one for me. Has cut down on his snoring and tossing and turning and has eased up on my neck and shoulder pain. They had a bit of not unpleasant smell for 24hours, it goes away. They are very firm but designed to cup your head. Spot washing if need be seems possible, not sure I'd put in a washer. Good value for price.

Can't say enough about this amazing little star-shaped pillow. It's like a neck cradle and if you have cervical neck issues, it could be a heaven-sent solution for you. Instead of flipping a pillow multiple times an hour to try to get it comfortable, I'm able to just lay my head down and sleep. Not every one thing will work for every individual person, but this pillow worked exceptionally well for me. Worth a try if you are struggling to sleep due to painful neck.

Awesome pillow and supports neck very well. However, pillow sheds extremely. This is not even 2 weeks old and it’s already a eye sore. But it’s perfect for support and is so very comfortable. Definitely helped with my pinched nerve in my neck. Yes it’s a great buy outside if the shedding.
