It’s wonderous!!!!! Love the anti-glare
I’ve got my fingers crossed after reading those negative reviews!!! Only been up for 3 days & I’m ecstatic. I have a small living room with lots of windows and I could never watch anything in the day. Even in the evening, the was a reflection from a lamp. When Samsung says ‘anti-glare’, they’re not overstating it. I would like to include a picture but my iPhone doesn’t do it justice. The picture is outstanding. A nighttime scene can now be appreciated in detail. II don’t have cable, so the built-in apps are very much appreciated It was a bear to put together and the leaflets included don’t really help. (The real user guide is 300 pages). Thank God for YouTube

Great TV!
I love this TV set, it is perfect for bright rooms with multiple windows, no more shutting the blinds or pulling the curtains, its anti glare matte screen coating works like magic and the picture looks vivid and bright; great/sleek looking TV when turned off as well. The build is sturdy, everything worked straight out of the box, set up was easy-ish, although 2 people minimum are required to do it safely, 3 people can do it comfortably. I bought it 'open box - excellent like new condition', and it was last prime day, so I am really happy with what I paid; it was well worth the money.

Incredible screen, ok software.
Edit: the screen now goes to screensaver mode while playing any media cast from an android. For the last two months. Everyone online is complaining, they won't fix it. Appalling. One star, do not buy. A company that messes up this bad for this long can't be trusted. For the price, i expect casting from Android to work flawlessly. Instead even YouTube can take 20-30 seconds to respond, sometimes the tv doesn't show up in the cast list. Also there's no way to kill the "Samsung TV" defaults that randomly start playing shows in the background when you just wanted to turn the tv on / go to home screen / etc. Screen is phenomenal though, best picture I've ever seen, incredible color brightness in hdr. Pretty easy to set up. Very thin, high quality vibes. Samsung needs to up their software game, honestly it's worse than my hisense android tv in most usability ways (casting, control from mobile, overly sensitive remote). The hardware is on point though. I'd still buy it every time, I've never seen a picture like it.

Colors! Blacks! Action!
Color is amazing (the reds pop, blacks are deep black, and dark scenes are actually watchable). Details are crisp. Motion shudder undetectable. Wi-fi signal strong and consistent. In a room with 4'x8' picture windows on 3 sides, with the TV against the wall with no windows. Watching in full daylight is no problem; the reflections that washed out our old LED TV are no longer an issue. Nighttime viewing even better, of course. Research showed major privacy concerns setting up a Samsung account and using the Samsung app so I didn't do that, but the TV works like a TV without it; no issues. 77" was overwhelming at first but we're 16 feet away from the screen at we quickly got used to and appreciate the large size. Waited patiently for dramatic price drop after Black Friday but it paid off. Very happy with this purchase and expect to keep it at least 10 years.

HIghly Recommended
This is the best TV I have ever owned. OLED technology makes the picture incredibly sharp, color vivid, and contrast perfect. The installation instructions could have been better, with the main document a series of cartoonish pictures, but I was finally able to get the TV installed on my existing wall mount. I highly recommend this item.

Excellent picture quality but it isn't for everyone.
The picture quality of this TV is outstanding—easily the best I’ve owned. I replaced my 2019 75" QN75Q8FNBFXZA, which had backlighting issues. While customer service was polite, they weren’t helpful in resolving the old QLED’s problem and never offered a discount to upgrade. I considered the LG G5, but since this TV would be mounted in a living room with large glass doors to a lanai, glare control was a top priority. They nailed it, and I’m very happy with the picture quality. It’s a clear step up from my old TV, especially in UHD brightness mode. That said, I don’t think it’s worth the extra cost over Samsung’s second-best model. The sound isn’t as good as my previous TV either—its thinner design means less bass and a slightly tinny tone, though still acceptable. I have it connected to a Denon AVR via eARC, which works well and delivers full Atmos surround, even if I haven’t fine-tuned every setting yet. Personally, I think they should skip internal speakers entirely for premium models and include a high-end soundbar instead. Samsung’s built-in streaming service has a good variety of free channels, including sports, which is a nice bonus. However, there’s quite a bit of bloatware, and you’re locked into Samsung’s ecosystem. If you like that, great—if not, you’ll spend time working around it. Do I like it? Yes. It performs as promised, and the matte screen is fantastic. Still, it’s pricey compared to similarly sized models that also look amazing for less. If glare is a concern, the S95 is worth a look; if not, the S90 or certain LG models are excellent value. I wasn’t originally a fan of Samsung’s TVs, but they’ve improved, and for budget-minded families, their free TV offerings could replace subscriptions entirely. It’s not bad at all and covers all the basics—I even find myself watching some of their sports and shows I wouldn’t get otherwise. I want to add that I had the delivery option that included unpacking, set up on stand and removal of packing as well as removal of my old TV. They were excellent and on time. That is worth the extra 60 bucks. This tv is a little flimsy as it is really thin, so you need some extra hands setting it up. Best Pros: Picture quality, remote electronics, lightness (20# lighter than my last 75"). Worst cons: bass response, cost, some of their soft/bloatwear Overall tv review 4 stars
