I Like This Microphone!
I like this microphone! Don’t be fooled by the price. The sound quality is good for this price point, and yes I use it to sing. I hooked this mic on my portable Zoom interface and the volume can be loud on the 5th mark. I move it down to 4.5 and it is fine. As for the hiss, it is non-existent. This microphone is ideal for beginners who are budget-minded and at the same time need a reliable work horse for a demo. As for the build quality, well, just take care of it. Pyle focused more on the performance and reliability than its build and that is no issue. Yes, I highly recommend it if you’re a beginner and on a budget. Pyle has earned a new customer. Thanks PYLE for thinking of people like me.

Surprisingly good for the price
So far, this mic looks very promising. It has good input gain (rated -34db)--better than my previous mic. I can easily clip the signal if I put the gain up too high on the sound card--which is good. (With my previous mic, I had to have the gain way up at the top, and even then wasn't able to get clipping.) Speaking and singing sound natural. Doesn't need to be right up close to the mouth, but then it does pick up ambient noise. Cardiod pattern does significantly reduce sound coming from the sides, back, or top. It looks like it will work out well for our use cases: Zoom calls and occasional recording of speech and music. One minor inconvenience: the mic holder fits a 3/8" European mic stand, which seems odd when they market it in the US, which uses 5/8". Fortunately, adapters are available inexpensively. Not enough of an issue to reduce the # of stars. The XLR cable that comes with it is actually an XLR to 1/8" TRS cable. And, the package even contained a short Y adapter with 1/8" TRRS male connected to 1/8" remale connectors for headphones and mic, I suppose for using this mic with a computer or phone that has a combined headphone/mic audio plug.

great mic with minor cosmetic wear.
Pretty decent microphone with a deep warm sound on a budget, though mine did come with some cosmetic damage but the mic was overall great.

Price to value ratio is insane - this is a no brainer.
These were only $12.75, so I bought two. For hardly any cost it adds more versatility to my mic locker. The five stars is based on value to function - I expected this to be pure garbage, but I just used them as overhead drum mics in my studio and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. As stereo overheads with no reinforcement mics they sounded relatively great. The whole kit sounded balanced, great tone on snare and toms. Cymbals are a little thin. I can see them being useful at the right time/place in a professional recording. They are very light and cheaply made, but this actually works in their favor. one rolled off the chair and because it was so light it gently hit the ground, no dents no damage. If you are a beginner, these are perfect for you. Don't break the bank getting started, these will do the job if you learn the fundamentals. The accessories that come along are functional trash.

Outstanding Sound Quality,value and Versatility!
I recently started using the Pyle condenser microphone, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether I’m recording vocals, podcasting, or doing voice-overs, this mic consistently delivers crystal-clear audio with a natural, lifelike sound. One of the best features is the adjustable angle. It’s super easy to find the perfect position, which makes a big difference when capturing voice accurately. The cardioid pickup pattern does a fantastic job of minimizing background noise, allowing my voice to come through cleanly even in less-than-ideal recording environments. The sound quality is impressive, thanks to the large diaphragm that enhances sensitivity and dynamic range. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in capturing subtle details and richness compared to other mics I’ve used. Plus, the included shock mount is a game-changer – it effectively reduces vibrations and handling noise, which is essential when aiming for professional-quality audio. The build quality is excellent too. The rugged aluminum alloy construction feels durable and reliable, and the anti-wind foam cap adds an extra layer of protection when I’m recording on the go. Overall, this microphone is an incredible value for anyone looking to upgrade their audio setup – highly recommended!

Huge improvement to my audio recordings
This condenser microphone made a huge improvement to my audio recordings, compared to the USB mic that I had been using. This microphone does a better job of picking up only my voice and eliminating background noise. It has a cardioid pickup pattern that registers sound primarily from front and center so it doesn’t pick up background noise. The shock mount is great from reducing vibrational noise or noise associated with me re-orienting the mic. I bought a boom arm and windscreen to pair with it and the combo makes for a great setup. I think it performs impressively well for its price.

Have not really used it yet
Leaving three stars as it is still new and I have not had a really good chance yet to see how comparable it is with M box mini and Logic Pro X. But after changing out the old mic cable, I am not sure how often I may even be using this mic. I need a new isolation shield so maybe then. Other wise, it seems like good gear but may update later after I actually have used it.
