I like this, it’s like healthy sour candy. But do take note if you are on blood pressure medication or kidney issues, etc.. barberry can have an effect on your medicine, so just run it by your PCP or a doctor if you have health issues or are on medications. Good value, good taste, sour, sweet and tangy, some might say a hint of salt at first, buts it more tang from the fruit. Doe have a very good amount of fiber, so look out for that if you don’t usually eat that much.

I love this and it’s hard to find locally. It was fresh and well packaged.

These were VERY tart, and quite high in sodium! Tasted like eating spoonfuls of citric acid! None of the flavors tasted like the fruit they claimed.

Good, I saw this on a Facebook Reel and missed fruit leather, it’s too sweet now. But this has the perfect blend of tart, fruity and salt, I wish I knew about this when I was pregnant! Good amount for the price as well
