Different colour received
I am very particular about the colour. I ordered the white/grey colour, but what has arrived is black. However, the machine is good.

Most untrustworthy brand is Btother
Never trust these Brother products. Their SMPS (power module) is a big hoax. It just goes off in two years time and Brother changes its part number as well as model number from ABC-xx1234 to XYZ-3456 etc., and say that the product has become outdated and Brother has no support available for this.

Important to read before buying
I'm very fed up with this product. This gets new problems after every some pages. I've invested so much in it's repairing till now that I've spent double than it's price on this . I have so many drums and toners now just because everytime these things are getting broken. I've even now have learnt how to dismantle or resemble it just because of how many times I've to repair it myself.

Exelente impresora tengo hace tiempo que adquirí un modelo anterior con magníficos resultados por tal motivo compré esta más nueva muy sencilla de instalar con muy buena impresión la recomiendo ampliamente

Calidad de impresión y consumibles accesibles
Excelente impresora! Muy buena calidad de impresión. El toner y tambor originales se consiguen a buen precio y si lo prefieres también acepta genéricos. Cabe mencionar que sólo es configurable con Windows 10 en adelante.

Me fallo a menos de 2 meses de compra...
Compre el producto el 14 de noviembre 2025. Y ahora ya me salen las impresiones manchadas. Quiero hacer mi devolucio.
