First let me say I have only had 1 bad experience in shopping Amazon, my Hamilton Beach Juicer is such a joy, I get all the juice without that thick sluggy pulp , it juices the pulp to a very fine texture and has great power, low noise and quick clean up. Comes with fruit/vegetable brush. I live it thus far. Exactly what I was looking for and in my color!

Overall a great juicer, I've only used it half dozen times so far for carrots and apples and it's been a breeze. Easy to assemble, operate and clean. Using a bag in the pulp catch is a great idea, saves additional cleaning. for the whinnies who think it's too much work to clean.... go to the nearest juice stand If you're too lazy to wash it! it's a juicer... its going to make a mess inside and therefore needs to be rinsed.

I purchased the Hamilton Beach Professional Cold Press Slow Juicer on March 19, 2025, through Amazon, expecting a premium product backed by a reputed brand. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst purchases I've ever made. By April 10th, less than a month into usage, the product stopped working. I promptly contacted Hamilton Beach customer service, and was asked to pack the unit myself so they could arrange for a courier pickup. This in itself was inconvenient, especially given the size and fragility of the item. What followed was an excruciating 20–25 days of wait just to receive the repaired unit. I assumed the issue was resolved. Sadly, barely 20 days later, the juicer broke down again. 😞 Poor Customer Service & Product Reliability: Each time the product fails, the same time-consuming process is repeated: Pack the product again Wait for pickup Wait another 3 weeks for repair This is frustrating, especially when we purchase a premium product assuming reliability and post-sale support. What’s worse is that there’s no nearby service center, and all repairs depend on logistics coordination from the customer side. It’s simply not practical to keep repeating this every few weeks. 💸 Not Worth the Price: At this price point, I expected a durable product and hassle-free support. Hamilton Beach has failed on both counts. I now believe that opting for a local brand would have been a smarter choice – as they often have better doorstep service or nearby service centers. 🚫 My Recommendation: I strongly urge others to avoid this product. It's not worth the time, money, or energy. With 1500 reviews it is impossible to say something new . Worked well , still going to buy a nutria bullet for the soft stuff . Metal tabs on this one are better then plastic on other Hamilton Beach Juicers . Does hard fruits and vegies very well . Soft not so great but ok . Bag in pulp bin makes it easy to clean . Blade and screen not too bad to clean as it comes with a brush or I use my own bottle brush under running water . I am very glad I did not spend more this is great and left enough in my budget for a Nutri bullet 900 too . Together they are fantastic for making healthy drinks and foods . Very pleased well worth trying for a introduction to juicing while you learn . Update well here is something new . I saw many people had trouble removing the blade assembly . I have a flat blade screw driver about 8 inches long . I put it under the lip and turn it so that the flat part then gently raises the blade cup so I can remove it to clean . I just keep it next to the juicer and work it around until my fingers can lift out the blade assembly . Works great . I saw they have a tab on the brush too . I am surprised how easily that screen cleans up under streaming water with the brush . I juice a full plate of vegtables and fruits , clean up the machine and put everything away in less then 15 minutes . Feel great . This machine is very easy to care for , the hardest part is removing the screen and blades gently and I just told you a great way to do it . I am currently using Kale , Apple , carrot, cucumber , seedless grapes , tomato, celery , blueberry , pear , peach , and cherry . It costs about $7 a day to make enough to fill the machines juice container with this mix with how I add them in . Blueberry's are very expensive so I only use a few to stay in budget .Still looking for ginger root to add to my concoction .

Juices very well. Semi-easy cleanup. Very easy to reassemble. A bit loud when operating but that's ok because this thing spins very very fast to extract juice. The spout could be designed with it angled out a bit more as I was having trouble accommodating some cups. Introduce stuff slowly to allow machine to fully spin out the pulp inside. If you push food in too fast it fills up the filter too fast and pulp that spills over to the collecting bin is still a bit wet. Worth a try for entry level juicers
